They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and when you’re in Las Vegas – walking the Strip all day and dancing all night – it’s best to fuel-up. With an array of options available, from budget-friendly to decadent Champagne splurgefests, you’re unlikely to go hungry in Sin City. For the perfect start to your day, take a look at our favourite breakfast buffets in Las Vegas.

Buca Café Italiano

Buca Café Italiano at Bally’s offers buffets throughout the day.  Enjoy the classics like scrambled eggs, sausage, smokehouse bacon, breakfast potatoes, and fresh fruit, or get carb-happy with biscuits (scones) and gravy, breakfast pastries and hot and cold cereals.

Excalibur

Another great option for those saving their pennies for the casinos, Excalibur has recently revamped its buffet and upped its breakfast game. This buffet offers a crepe station with a variety of toppings (from fresh fruit to caramel and Nutella), as well some excellent chorizo breakfast burritos.

Bellagio Buffet

Bellagio’s breakfast buffet offers all the savoury options you could think of (including an omelette station), but it’s the sweet treats that tempt here. Try the banana Nutella stuffed French toast or the red velvet mini waffles, branded with the signature Bellagio B.

Le Village Buffet

The Paris Las Vegas Hotel’s Le Village buffet also features a crepe station, as one might expect in a hotel that pays homage to the city of sweet delights (macaroons from the dessert station are a must). The buffet also offers wonderfully buttery omelettes that come with a wide variety of meats and veggies and a generous helping of cheese. Optional beer, wine and Bloody Mary add-ons available.

Aria Buffet

Aria’s Breakfast Buffet offers some delicious dishes, like smoked salmon and crab Benedict, enchilada pie, pork belly chorizo roped sausage for the meat eaters and tofu curry scrambles for the vegetarians. Sweets take an interesting turn, too, with honey plantains and corn fritters with maple syrup.

Sterling Brunch

Bally’s Sterling Brunch is only offered on Sundays, so plan accordingly. On the higher end of the spectrum for price, this is one of the most decadent breakfast buffets in Las Vegas. Choose from lobster tails, prime rib and truffle mashed potatoes, as well as unlimited American Sturgeon Caviar and as many glasses of Perrier-Jouët Champagne as you can drink. Cheers!
