Indulge in unlimited servings of some of the world’s finest caviars – traditional, Ikura, and Tobiko – as well as all the other international gourmet dishes you’d expect from this buffet. The Gourmet Dinner service is available Friday and Saturday from 3pm until 10pm.

The evolution of upscale dining in Las Vegas presents some fantastic opportunities to learn from its master chefs, many of which can be found in settings so exclusive you might end up on first name terms. At MGM Grand, an open kitchen paired with counter seating allows guests of the intimately-sized L'atelier De Joël Robuchon to watch as their meal is created before their eyes by talented staff trained by the Michelin starred “Chef of the Century”.

Another award-winning chef to seek out in Las Vegas is Alain Ducasse.
