We’re happy to confirm that as planned we will resume our daily Tel Aviv services from 25 September, with a slight change to the scheduled times, flight number and routing of our flights. Following the latest safety and security assessment, flights departing London Heathrow will now travel via Larnaca, Cyprus to allow for our crew to swap over, before continuing to Ben Gurion Airport, Tel Aviv.
Flights operating between 25 September and 26 October will now depart from London Heathrow at 20:55 travelling via Larnaca arriving into Tel Aviv at 06:00.
Flights departing Tel Aviv will travel back to London Heathrow directly.
To ensure we can continue the journey as soon as possible, customers will remain on board during the stop in Larnaca, whilst a new crew join the aircraft. The time on the ground is scheduled to be 95 mins.
This schedule will be implemented until 26 October 2024 as we continue to reassess the routing. Kindly be advised that the flight number for the service between London Heathrow (LHR) and Tel Aviv (TLV) has been changed from VS453 to VS457.
Please note that new flight details for customer bookings will not appear in the GDS until the weekend of 14 September, when our systems will be updated. However, we wanted to inform you promptly to share this information with our mutual customers.
If, however, your customers would prefer to opt for a refund, you can request this immediately, referring to the refund guidelines in the Schedule Change Policy.
