This policy is to allow customers more flexibility in addition to the original fares rules and applies to customers on 932 tickets, due to travel on Aer Lingus (EI) operated services connecting to/from VS/VS*
- Customers must advise of changes to their travel plans ahead of their travel date, or no-show policy will apply as per fare rules
- Itineraries must be rebooked on
- VS/VS* operated services
- EI (Aer Lingus) – Rebook in the same booking class. If the same class is unavailable, rebook in the lowest available class within the same cabin.
- AF (Air France) & KLM (KLM Royal Dutch Airlines) - Rebooking onto AF / KLM operated services is allowed, applying the same origin and destination. Rebooking must be in the lowest available class within the same cabin.
- Booking cancellations, refunds and downgrades are subject to the original fare rules, unless permitted by this policy – whichever is the most flexible
- Should your customers flight be cancelled due to a Schedule Change/IROP, they can be rebooked or seek a refund as per our Schedule Change policy
