Due to the current situation in Israel, we are offering customers booked on our Tel Aviv services between 7 October 2023 and 4 September 2024, the flexibility to rebook their flight onto a different travel date or request a full refund.

 

This policy is to allow customers more flexibility in addition to the original fares rules and applies to customers on 932 tickets

• Customers must advise of changes to their travel plans ahead of their travel date, or no-show policy will apply as per fare rules

• Fare difference must include all taxes/charges

• Itineraries must be rebooked on VS/VS* operated services

• Booking cancellations, refunds and downgrades are subject to the original fare rules, unless permitted by this policy – whichever is the most flexible

Should your customers flight be cancelled due to a Schedule Change/IROP, they can be rebooked or seek a refund as per our Schedule Change policy
