We are currently monitoring Tropical Storm Milton and would like to offer affected customers the flexibility to rebook their flight for a different date up until 23 October 2024. Please refer to the below sections for the 'impacted dates' for more details.

This policy is to allow customers more flexibility in addition to the original fare rules

• Customers must advise of changes to their travel plans ahead of their travel date, or no-show policy will apply as per fare rules

• Changing the return travel date to maintain travel duration is allowed. Changes fees and fare difference charges are waived

• Itineraries must be rebooked on VS/VS* tickets

• Tickets must be reissued before departure

• Rebook in the same booking class in the same cabin. If the same booking class is not available, rebook in the lowest class within the same cabin

• Fare difference charges applies for any travel rebookings outside of travel dates covered.

• Booking cancellations, refunds and downgrades are subject to the original fare rules, unless permitted by this policy – whichever is the most flexible

For flight cancellations, standard VAA Flight Cancellation Policy applies.
