We’d like to share with you our Agent Code of Conduct policy, which already exists across our joint venture partners Air France, KLM and Delta Air Lines. Virgin Atlantic is now participating in the policy across North America and European markets, and we have also introduced UK and Rest of World versions.
The Agent Code of Conduct policy is effective immediately.
We would specifically like to highlight that from 16th June 2026, without written permission from the relevant airline, agents from a US point of sale must not:
• Show or share any Virgin Atlantic or joint venture partner airline prices on US metasearch sites
• Get traffic or clicks from metasearch results linked to Virgin Atlantic or joint venture partner airline content
• Place ads or links on metasearch results related to Virgin Atlantic or partner airline products
We would therefore ask that all agents appearing on metasearch sites from a US point of sale remove themselves by 15th June 2026.
While our joint venture partners follow the same Agent Code of Conduct policy, each airline will make its own decision regarding permission requests.
You can find the full Agent Code of Conduct policy here.
Please note that the applicable policy depends on the country the ticket originates from.
Thank you for your continued support.
