Due to adverse weather conditions across the Southern Plains and Southeast America, customers booked on services operated by Virgin Atlantic and Delta Air Lines,  ticketed on 932 stock, are being offered additional flexibility when needing to change their ticket.


If customers are travelling to, through, or from any of the East Coast cities outlined in our policy below between 23 January and 25 January 2026, you may rebook their flight to an alternative date without change fees.

This policy is to allow customers ticketed on 932 ticket stock more flexibility in addition to the original fare rules

  • Customers must advise of changes to their travel plans ahead of their travel date, or no-show policy will apply as per fare rules
  • Travel is permitted on an earlier date, with no fees, if the date is within the guidelines of this bulletin
  • Changing return travel date to maintain travel duration is allowed. Changes fees and fare difference charges are waived
  • Fare difference must include all taxes/charges
  • Booking cancellations, refunds and downgrades are subject to the original fare rules, unless permitted by this policy – whichever is the most flexible
  • If your customers flight has been cancelled please follow the Flight cancellations section of our Schedule Change Policy
