Due to changes in our Winter 2026 network, we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily suspend our seasonal service to Dubai for the winter 2026 season. We have negotiated some rebooking options, should your customers still wish to travel. Guidance on this policy can be found below. 

Our schedule change policy can assist those with a ticketed booking when applying for a full refund.

  • Rebooking onto other airlines applies to ticketed customers impacted by cancelled flights between 25th of October 2026 – 27th of March 2027
  • Customers connecting to/from other VS/VS* services should remain on a VS/VS* flight where available.  eg. NYC-LON-DXB. NYC-LON should remain on VS/VS*
  • Customers must advise of changes to their travel plans ahead of their travel date, or no-show policy will apply as per fare rules
  • Customers must be rebooked to travel on the same dates as originally ticketed
  • Rebooking with other airlines must be rebooked using the rebooking table for each carrier below
  • Please include the SI stated within the reissue guidelines below for each carrier and include passenger/agency telephone number
  • Future voluntary date changes are not permitted

Reprotections for flights to/from Dubai

Rebooking must be on EK prime flights to/from LHR-DXB only

If the original booking class isn’t available, re-book in the lowest available class in the booking class tables below

If the original cabin is not available, rebook in a lower cabin in the lowest available class
