Due to adverse weather conditions in Amsterdam, customers booked on services operated by Air France, KLM or Delta and ticketed on 932  stock, are being offered additional flexibility when needing to change their ticket.


If customers are travelling to, through, or from Amsterdam between 06 January and 09 January 2026, you may rebook their flight to an alternative date without change fees.

 

This policy allows more flexibility for customers with VAA bookings (VAA PNR or VS 932 tickets), including changes to travel plans.

 

Customers must advise of changes to their travel plans, or no-show policy will apply as per fare rules. 

 

Fare difference must include all taxes/charges.

 

If your customers flight has been cancelled please follow the Flight cancellations section of our  Schedule Change Policy 

 

Booking cancellations, refunds and downgrades are subject to the original fare rules, unless permitted by this policy – whichever is the most flexible.
