All UK frontline Travel Agents working for a travel agency or travel company, aged 18 or over, and a UK resident. The competition is open to travel sellers working on the high street, in call centres, online or from home.

Mechanics:
- Agents book customers' trips to any VAA destination as per the Sky High Club terms and conditions.
- Open to all departure dates (ODR excluded).
- The agents must log these claims on Sky High Club (Agents must be registered to Sky High Club)
- At the end of the incentive period – all bookings will be validated. Top bookers will be invited onto the trip for travel dates 24th October – 31st October. Top bookers are those agents with the most validated claims. Winners will be invited to the trip via email.

The Promoter: The promoter of this prize draw is Virgin Atlantic Airways Limited of, The VHQ, Fleming Way, Crawley RH10 9DF.
Eligibility: The prize draw is open to all UK Travel Trade Sales Agents aged 18 years or older, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
Promotion period: The opening date is 00:01 on 1 January 2024. The closing date is 23:59 on 31 July 2024.
Entry: Agents must be registered to the Sky High Club incentive scheme. Agents must log claims into the platform for all customer bookings made to any qualifying Virgin Atlantic and VS/DL codeshare flights. All claims must be individually logged. At the end of the promotional period, all claims will be validated. The top 3 agents with the most bookings will be invited by email as winners.
Prize-specific conditions also apply: In addition to these terms and conditions, the prize is also subject to the further prize-specific conditions, set out in Annex 1 at the back of these terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and any prize-specific terms and conditions, the prize-specific terms and conditions in Annex 1 shall prevail.

Winner selection: Agents must be registered to the Sky High Club incentive scheme. Agents must log claims into the platform for all customer bookings made with Virgin Atlantic and VS/DL codeshare flights. All claims must be individually logged. At the end of the promotional period, all claims will be validated. The top 3 agents with the most bookings will be invited as winners.
Winner notification: The winner will be notified by email by 31 August 2024 and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize, within 7 days of initial contact. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. Winners are required to organize and fund their own visa where applicable as well as travel insurance. If the winner is unable to obtain their visa (if applicable), they will forfeit their place.
Personal data: Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be used for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter. Entrants' personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, available at: https://www.virginatlantic.com/gb/en/footer/privacy-policy.html
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who writes to Virgin Atlantic Airways Limited, The VHQ, Fleming Way, Crawley RH10 9DF (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 3. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter Customer Centre Telephone: 0344 874 7747. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
The Promoter's responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you
The Promoter (together with any associated agencies and companies) is not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer in connection with this Promotion or by accepting or using a prize won under this Promotion, that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time you accepted these terms, both the Promoter and you knew it might happen.
The Promoter does not exclude or limit in any way its liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter's negligence or the negligence of its employees, agents, or subcontractors or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The Promoter is not liable for business losses. Any prize won under this Promotion is for domestic and private use. If you use the prize for any commercial, business or resale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
The Promoter is also not responsible for failure to meet any of its obligations under the terms and conditions where such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect or limit your rights under the law. For more information about your rights contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Bureau.
If any provisions of these terms and conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
In the event of a conflict between these terms and conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in these terms and conditions will prevail.
The prize draw shall be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Annex 1 - Prize-specific terms and conditions
- All UK frontline Travel Agents working for a travel agency or travel company, aged 18 or over, and a UK resident. The competition is open to travel sellers working on the high street, in call centers, online or from home.
- By participating you agree to the requirements set out in the Booking Incentive Rules together with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award any Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Qualifying Bookings not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
- All Qualifying Bookings will be audited by the Promoter prior to the Winner being drawn to ensure the conditions set out above have been complied with.
- The Promoter's decision shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into regarding the Winner or the Prize.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold, withdraw, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Personal data supplied during the course of this Competition may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for administration of the Competition and / or fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the Prize(s).
- Any unclaimed Prize will be forfeited if it is not accepted within 7 calendar days of the Announcement and no alternative Prize or compensation will be given.
- The Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or promotional fare offered by Virgin Atlantic or any third party.
- After the Winner has been notified, the Winner gives consent for the Promoter to publish their name and branch in association with the Competition. The Winner agrees to participate in such publicity relating to the Competition as the Promoter may reasonably require.
- The Promoter will provide the full name and branch of the Winner to anyone who writes in within one calendar month after the Announcement requesting details of the Winner and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to the Promoter's address set out in the Rules.
- The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold, bartered or substituted for any other prize. No cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative equivalent prize if for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter it is unable to award the Prize.
- Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Under HM Revenue and Customs regulations benefits provided by a third party to another company's employees are taxable and are subject to Income Tax at the Winner's marginal rate. National insurance contributions are also due on the value of the Prize(s) and on the tax paid on behalf of the Winner. As the Promoter has arranged and facilitated the provision of a benefit to the Winner (as employee of another company) the Promoter warrants that it will:
- report the Prize as a benefit through a Taxed Award Scheme. This includes reporting the actual value of the prize(s) and the tax paid;
- It is the Winner's responsibility to report and pay any additional tax due where the Winner is a higher or additional rate taxpayer. Professional personal taxation advice should be sought in the instance where the Winner is unsure if there is any further tax due; settle the basic rate tax due on the Prize(s).
- settle the NICs due on the value of the prize(s) and the amount of tax paid; and
- collect, record and keep all the relevant information on file.
Certificates confirming the total value of the Prize(s) and the tax that has been paid on the Prize(s) will be provided on request by the Winner.
