Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1. The promoter of this incentive is Virgin Atlantic Airways Limited, The VHQ, Fleming Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 9DF, United Kingdom ("Virgin Atlantic" or the "Promoter").
2. Promotional Period
2.1. The opening date is 00:01 on 23rd June 2026.
2.2. The closing date is 23:59 on 30th June 2026
2.3. Entries received before or after the Promotional Period will not be eligible.
2.4. Open to all departure dates, save that Out-of-Date Range bookings are excluded.
3. Who Can Enter
3.1. All UK frontline Travel Agents working for a travel agency or travel company, aged 18 or over, and a UK resident.
3.2. The incentive is open to travel sellers working on the high street, in call centres, online or from home.
3.3. You must be registered to the Sky High Club to enter.
3.4. Employees of Virgin Atlantic, its group companies, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this incentive are not eligible to enter.
3.5. Participants must ensure that they are permitted by their employer to participate in this incentive and accept the Prize, including under any applicable gifts, hospitality, conflicts of interest, anti-bribery, expenses or tax policies.
3.6. Acceptance of the Prize is conditional upon the participant having obtained all approvals required from their employer, including under any applicable gifts, hospitality, conflicts of interest, anti-bribery, expenses or tax policies.
4. Applicable Routes and Cabins
4.1. All qualifying return bookings made in Premium and Upper Class cabins, operated by Virgin Atlantic or Delta Air Lines codeshare flights only.
4.2. Flights operated by other partners are not eligible.
5. How to Enter
5.1. Entrants must submit at least one qualifying booking/claim through the Sky High Club system before sending their entry email.
5.2. In the context of this incentive, a claim means the action a travel agent takes to submit a qualifying booking through the Sky High Club system so that the booking can be validated and counted as an entry into this incentive (and any associated points awarded).
5.3. Entrants must send their response to the question to vaskyhighclub@fly.virgin.com to be in with a chance to win.
5.4. Only one entry is valid. Subsequent entries will not be considered.
5.5. Entries apply to new qualifying bookings made and claimed within this promotional period.
5.6. By participating you agree to the requirements set out in the Incentive Rules together with the full Sky High Club Terms and Conditions (www.virginatlanticskyhighclub.com).
6. Judging Criteria
6.1. Entries will be judged against these criteria:
a) relevance to Virgin Atlantic;
b) explaining why they like booking with Virgin Atlantic;
c) understanding Sky High Club benefits; and
d) the quality, completeness and clarity of the answer.
6.2. Seven winners will be selected by a panel, including one person who is independent of the Promoter.
6.3. The Promoter’s decision shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into regarding the Winner or the Prize.
6.4. In the event of a tie, the tied entries will be reassessed by the judging panel against the quality, completeness and clarity of the answer.
7. Winner Notification and Acceptance
7.1. Winners will be selected on 1st July 2026 and will be contacted by email by Friday 3rd July 2026.
7.2. Winners must respond within 72 hours of receiving their winner email to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize.
7.3. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 72 hours of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
7.4. If a selected winner is unable to attend the event on 19th July 2026 or declines the Prize, the Prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected using the same process from the remaining eligible agents.
8. Prize
8.1. Seven winners will receive one Bruno Mars Gold Hospitality ticket for the 19th July 2026 at Wembley Stadium, London.
8.2. The Prize includes:
a) Access to a relaxed lounge-style hospitality setting before the main act;
b) Complimentary beers, wines and soft drinks;
c) A wide-ranging buffet menu;
d) A reserved central Level One seat;
e) An extra hour of complimentary drinks and post-show snacks; and
f) Access to the Wembley after-show party.
8.3. Transport to and from the venue will be at the agent’s own expense.
8.4. The Prize is for one Gold Hospitality ticket only.
9. Prize Conditions
9.1. Tickets are non-transferable.
9.2. The Prize is non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
9.3. The Prize may not be sold, bartered or substituted for any other prize.
9.4. The Prize is subject to the ticket issuer’s, event organiser’s, hospitality provider’s and Wembley Stadium’s applicable terms and conditions.
9.5. Winners must comply with all venue rules, safety requirements, age verification requirements and reasonable instructions issued by Wembley Stadium, the event organiser, hospitality provider or their representatives>
9.6. Complimentary alcoholic drinks are available only to individuals aged 18 or over and may be subject to proof of age checks, licensing restrictions and venue rules.
9.7. A tax, National Insurance or reporting liability may arise in connection with the Prize. Winners are responsible for obtaining their own tax advice and for complying with any applicable tax, reporting or employer notification obligations.
10. Booking Validation, Cancellations and Points
10.1. Points will be awarded in accordance with clause 10.2.
10.2. If a qualifying booking is cancelled, refunded, exchanged, reversed, voided, or otherwise deemed invalid before validation, the booking will no longer qualify for this incentive and any associated entry or points awarded may be removed.
10.3. Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to disqualify entries arising from bookings that are subsequently cancelled, refunded, exchanged, reversed, or found to be in breach of the Sky High Club Terms and Conditions.
10.4. Virgin Atlantic’s systems and records will be final for the purposes of determining whether a booking, claim or entry qualifies.
11. Refusal and Disqualification
11.1. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, refuse to award any Prize, refuse points or incentives to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
11.2. The Promoter may disqualify any participant where it reasonably believes that the participant has submitted false, misleading, incomplete, duplicate or manipulated information; submitted an entry on behalf of another person; used automated, bulk or third-party entry methods; manipulated or attempted to manipulate the incentive; or acted fraudulently, dishonestly or in bad faith.
11.3. The Promoter may disqualify any participant where it reasonably believes that the participant has failed to obtain required employer approval or has acted in a way that may damage the reputation of Virgin Atlantic, Sky High Club, Wembley Stadium, the event organiser, hospitality provider or any associated brand.
12. Data Protection
12.1. Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be used for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter.
12.2. Personal data supplied during the course of this incentive may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for administration of the incentive and/or fulfilment, delivery or arrangement of the Prize.
12.3. Entrants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: https://www.virginatlantic.com/gb/en/footer/privacy-policy.html.
12.4. Personal data may be shared with third party suppliers, including ticketing, event, hospitality and fulfilment providers, only insofar as required for administration of the incentive and/or fulfilment, delivery or arrangement of the Prize.
12.5. Personal data will be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the incentive, verify entries, deal with enquiries or complaints, comply with legal or regulatory obligations and fulfil the Prize.
13. Publicity and Winner Disclosure
13.1. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.
13.2. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who writes to Virgin Atlantic Airways Limited, The VHQ, Fleming Way, Crawley RH10 9DF, enclosing a self-addressed envelope, within one month after the closing date stated in these Terms and Conditions.
13.3. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter Customer Centre Telephone: 0344 874 7747.
13.4. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
14. The Promoter’s Responsibilities
14.1. The Promoter, together with any associated agencies and companies, is not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer in connection with this Promotion or by accepting or using a Prize won under this Promotion, that is not foreseeable.
14.2. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time you accepted these Terms and Conditions, both the Promoter and you knew it might happen.
14.3. The Promoter does not exclude or limit in any way its liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence or the negligence of its employees, agents, or subcontractors or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
14.4. The Promoter is not liable for business losses. Any Prize won under this Promotion must not be used for any commercial, business or resale purpose.
14.5. The Promoter is also not responsible for failure to meet any of its obligations under the Terms and Conditions where such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control.
14.6. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to affect or limit your rights under the law.
15. General
15.1. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
15.2. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
15.3. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Sky High Club Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will apply to this incentive only.
15.4. References to Bruno Mars, Wembley Stadium, the event organiser, ticket issuer or hospitality provider are for prize identification purposes only. Unless otherwise stated in writing, they are not responsible for the operation or administration of this incentive.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
16.1. The incentive shall be governed by English law and entrants to the incentive submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
