Prize: The contest opens on 6th Jan 2026 09:00 and closes on 2nd March 2026, 11:59:59 PM GMT. Promoter may extend or shorten the incentive redemption period at their discretion.
There is one prize available consisting of unlimited flights on Virgin Atlantic–operated routes for a period of 12 months “the Prize”.
All flights must be booked in Economy class, restricted to booking classes N, O, or X. Travel is subject to the availability of these booking classes, and redemptions can only be made when seats in these classes are available.
The Prize winner may nominate one companion for the duration of the Prize. The nominated companion cannot be changed after nomination and may not travel without the winner. No additional tickets may be added to, or redeemed as part of, the Prize.
A dedicated Virgin Atlantic Sales team member will issue a prize letter for each booking request, and Sales Support will complete the booking. Standard airline restrictions, including blackout dates, will apply.
No changes permitted to reservations once date of travel is confirmed and tickets have been issued.
Travel does not qualify for Flying Club points accumulation or for mileage/points accumulation in any other frequent flyer program.
Entrant criteria: All entrants must be residents of, and certified travel agents in the UK over the age of 18, to remain eligible to enter for this Prize.
Entrants must be registered to Virgin Atlantic’s Sky High Club (www.virginatlanticskyhighclub.com) and abide by its terms and conditions.
Entry mechanic: Entrants must be registered members of the Virgin Atlantic Sky High Club and must opt in to the scheme via the platform website. Upon opting in, all submitted claims will be treated as valid entries into the Prize draw. Entry allocations will be determined by the class of travel booked, as follows:
• 1 entry per Economy booking
• 2 entries per Premium booking
• 5 entries per Upper Class booking
Entries are awarded on a booking basis for each claim and not per passenger. If your booking includes cabin mix, the highest cabin entries will be awarded.
A winner will be selected at random by a draw performed by a computerised process at the end of the campaign period.
Winner Selection of Prize: The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner of Prize Notification: The winner will be notified by email (using details provided on submission) and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize within 72 hours. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 72 hours, then the winner's Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the computerised process mentioned above.
Prize Acceptance & conditions: The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Unlimited flights cannot be used for business purposes/ business travel.
Prize Acceptance / conditions: The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
Prize Acceptance / conditions: An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.
If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any Prize awarded will be void. Entrants are not permitted to enter using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator. Spot checks will be conducted by Virgin Atlantic on unticketed claims.
Prize Acceptance / conditions: The Promoter does not guarantee continuous access to the Sky High Club website. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when entering claims online, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for any incomplete entries and will not be considered valid for entry into the Prize draw. A Prize win by an individual entrant is non transferrable to another person.
Prize Acceptance / conditions: The Promoter must be informed of any special access requests (wheelchair access or any similar access needs) which are necessary for the enjoyment of the Prize.
Prize Acceptance / conditions: Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

Prize Redemption: Prior to each flight request, the Prize winner must contact Melanie.Gittins@fly.virgin.com, providing their full name and referencing “Unlimited Flights” in the request. A Prize-winner letter will then be issued, along with instructions on how to complete the booking free of charge. Please allow up to five (5) working days for a response. Flights cannot be booked without the Prize-winner letter.
Travel regulations: Winner will be responsible for ensuring that (at the time of travel) they hold a valid passport (that will remain valid for at least 6 months after arrival at destination), any necessary visas, other required documentation to comply with applicable immigration or other travel regulations for the flight or holiday in question on the travel dates specified.
Prize exclusions: Unless otherwise stated in the relevant Prize-specific terms, the prize does not include travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses.
Any costs incurred in addition to the Prize package elements shall be incurred at the winner’s expense including but not limited to food, drinks, transport, telephone charges, room service, laundry service, optional excursions, tips, service charges, taxes, souvenirs, merchandise, and any other incidental expenses.
Responsibility for agents: The winner is responsible for their own behaviour whilst using the Prize and must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the airline and hotel, which form part of the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner from participation: This applies in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter, any companies associated with the Prize, the entrants employer’s instruction or if the entrant acts in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.
By entering the Prize draw, each eligible entrant further covenants and agrees to keep harmless and to release from liability Virgin Atlantic, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, subcontractors and affiliates with respect to any claims or actions, losses, fines or legal costs which arise, directly or indirectly in connection with this Prize draw and the administration thereof, the Prize and any related activity.
The organiser collects participants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the participant may not take part in the promotion and contest.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails [Mel.gittins@fly.virgin.com] or writes to [The VHQ, Fleming Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 9DF] (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after 2nd March 2026. Entrants may object to any or all of their surname, county and winning entry being published or made available by contacting the Promoter [Virgin Atlantic]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
