Weekly flights to Cancún from 2025

It’s official: we’re heading to Cancún from 19 October 2025. With three flights taking off each week from London Heathrow, this is a chance to unmask Mexico. Customers can enjoy a fiesta for their senses with its Mayan culture, idyllic swimming spots and, of course, perfectly blue beaches.

Flights go on sale from 04 December 2024.

From 1 January 2025, UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) will require travellers holding physical documents—such as Biometric Residence Permits (BRP) and Biometric Residence Cards (BRC)—to use an eVisa as proof of their immigration status. Holders of these cards need to create a UKVI account to access their eVisa. Please inform your customers about this change and refer them to the UK Home Office’s guidelines for details on setting up an eVisa.

A traveller declaration must be filled in and submitted by all passengers travelling to and from Maldives. We recommend they complete this within 72hrs of travel commencing. 

If customers don’t complete this form prior to travel, they will be refused entry into the country and will be asked to use the free wifi on landing to complete the form before being able to go to an immigration booth.

Please encourage customers to complete this prior to departure so they can smoothly continue with their journey.

We are delighted to announce a new codeshare agreement with SAS Scandinavian Airlines, which will strengthen vital business and leisure connections to and from key Scandinavian hubs.   

The codeshare partnership, which launches next week, means our customers travelling on flights from the US and Canada can purchase seamless onward connections through London Heathrow and Manchester, onto SAS’s services to Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Stavanger and Bergen.  SAS customers will also have the opportunity to connect via Heathrow on to our Caribbean, African, Middle East and South Asian destinations, including Barbados, Jamaica, the Maldives, Cape Town and Johannesburg, subject to government approval.

Travel has to be accessible and inclusive for everyone, and we’re on a mission to break down the barriers that stand in the way of customers who are deaf or hard of hearing. Proudly we are the first airline who can offer a British Sign Language member of crew on fights. All customers need to do is request this service 12 weeks before they jet off and our Special Assistance team will be in touch.
