Virgin Atlantic Airways - VS/932 has been a full member of IATA since 06APR89.

By entering into a Interline Traffic Agreement, carriers can accept each other's tickets and through tag their baggage the extent of which is determined by the type of agreement set up. Bilateral Agreements, allow each carrier within the agreement to accept each other's tickets and through tag their baggage.  Unilateral Agreements, allow one of the carriers within the agreement  to accept the others tickets and through tag their baggage in both directions.

Other carrier accepts VS tickets and tags baggage in both directions, but VS does not accept their tickets:
