Our Travel Tips checklist

 

Before your customers start packing their bags, we want to help you to make sure they are runway ready with this Travel Tips checklist.

The important stuff

  • Take a look at the latest Travel advice and entry requirements for your customers trip.
  • Check if they need a pre-flight Covid-19 test.
  • If they are fully vaccinated, make sure they have their vaccine certificate either printed or downloaded to their device, plus any completed government forms or negative test results that are required for their trip must be kept handy.   
  • Check out the government advice for their destination. The FCDO website has lots of useful information about local restrictions.
  • Check their booking has up to date contact details in it so we can quickly reach them if there are any updates to their flight schedule.
  • Pre book their seats.
  • If special assistance is needed, request this in advance of their trip by contacting our dedicated team.
  • If they are travelling with kids between 2-12 years old who have their own seat, you can request their kid’s meals up to 24 hours before their flight.
  • Make sure they have travel insurance.
  • Check- n online 24 hours before they fly.

 

Time for them to fly?

  • Airport check in and baggage drop opens 4 hours before departure at most airports. Please ask them not to arrive earlier than this, depending on the size of their group, 3 hours should be plenty.
  • Remind them to bring their passport and visa.
  • They can check their flight status to confirm it is running to schedule by visiting our website.
  • Make sure they are aware of dangerous items which are restricted on our flights and that their liquids and electronics are prepped for security to minimise waiting times.
