Who can register: All UK frontline Travel Agents working for a travel agency or travel company, aged 18 or over, and a UK resident. The event is open to travel sellers working on the high street, in call centers, online or from home.

Mechanics

Agents register their interest to attend the event via Virgin Atlantic Partner Hub by entering their name, business name and email address.  

The attendee will be notified via email by 31 March 2026 and will be required to respond to confirm attendance within 7 days of initial contact. Winners are required to organize and fund their travel to and from the venue.

Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be used for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to extend an invitation to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter's responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

The Promoter (together with any associated agencies and companies) is not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer in connection with this Promotion or by accepting or using a prize won under this Promotion, that is not foreseeable. The Promoter does not exclude or limit in any way its liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so.
