Flex fares can be changed free of charge (subject to fare difference) and are fully refundable.
Can a customer purchase a Classic product on the outbound and a Flex product on the inbound?
No, Flex products may only combine with themselves and Fully Flex fares. This is also true if a customer wishes to purchase a mixed cabin itinerary.
Can a customer upgrade to the Flex product post purchase?
No, however once a customer has purchased a Flex fare they may upgrade to a Flex product in a higher cabin.
