Terms and Conditions for expired competitions and incentives:
1. Eligibility
1.1 The incentive is open to frontline travel agents in India working for a travel agency or travel company, aged 18 years or above.
1.2 Participants must be registered members of the Sky High Club.
1.3 Employees of Virgin Atlantic and its affiliates may be excluded from participation at Virgin Atlantic’s discretion.
2. Promotional Period
2.1 The incentive will commence on 07 May 2026 at 12:00:00 AM IST and will conclude on 21 May 2026 at 11:59:59 PM IST (“Promotional Period”).
2.2 Only bookings made and successfully claimed within this period will qualify.
2.3 Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to amend, extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the promotional period at its sole discretion.
3. Applicable Routes
3.1 All qualifying bookings from India to London (LHR) on Virgin Atlantic operated flights are eligible.
3.2 Flights operated by partner airlines or under codeshare arrangements are not applicable unless otherwise expressly stated by Virgin Atlantic.

4.1 Double points will be awarded on all new qualifying bookings made and successfully claimed during the promotional period.
4.2 Points will only be awarded post validation in line with Virgin Atlantic’s standard validation process.
5. Booking & Claim Conditions
5.1 Only new bookings made within the promotional period will qualify.
5.2 Bookings must be successfully claimed on Sky High Club.
5.3 Only fully ticketed and validated bookings will qualify for points consideration.
5.4 Cancelled, refunded, voided, duplicate, speculative, or non-travelled bookings will not qualify.
5.5 Travel dates may fall outside the promotional period provided the booking and claim are completed during the promotional period.
5.6 Entries will be counted on a per booking/claim basis and not per passenger.
6. Incentive (FAM Qualification)
6.1 Two (2) winners will be selected based on the highest number of validated qualifying bookings and associated booking contribution during the promotional period.
6.2 Winners will qualify for a FAM trip to London scheduled for November 2026.
6.3 Full itinerary details, inclusions, exclusions, and travel schedules will be communicated separately by Virgin Atlantic.
6.4 This incentive is strictly performance-based and is not a random prize draw.
6.5 In the event of a tie, Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to determine the winners at its sole discretion based on overall campaign contribution and validation records.
7. General Conditions
7.1 By participating, agents agree to the Sky High Club Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Any bookings made outside the promotional period will not qualify.

7.5 Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, substitute, or cancel the incentive at any time where necessary.
7.6 Virgin Atlantic shall not be liable for failure to fulfil the incentive due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to operational disruption, government restrictions, natural disasters, industrial disputes, or security events.
8. Prize & Travel Conditions
8.1 The FAM trip prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
8.2 Companion travel is not included as part of the prize.
8.3 All travel arrangements will be organised by Virgin Atlantic and will remain subject to operational availability.
8.4 Winners are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documentation.
8.5 Virgin Atlantic does not guarantee visa approval and shall not be responsible where travel is not possible due to visa refusal or documentation issues.
8.6 Travel undertaken as part of this incentive will not qualify for Flying Club points, Sky High Club points, or any other mileage accrual programme.
9. Data Protection & Publicity
9.1 By participating in the incentive, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data for the administration of the programme.
9.2 Virgin Atlantic may publish or communicate winner details for promotional and programme administration purposes.
10. Taxation
10.1 Any personal tax liability arising from participation in the incentive or acceptance of the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the participant/winner.
10.2 Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to deduct or withhold any taxes where required under applicable laws or regulations.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of England and Wales.
We know how tiresome terms and conditions can be, but they are important, and we would love you to take out a few minutes of your time to read through.
These Terms and Conditions are correct as of 04.06.2025 and may be amended at any time, at our sole discretion. Any amendments will be published on our website and will take immediate effect upon publication. No provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed waived unless the waiver is in writing and signed by the party granting it.
In these Terms and Conditions, references to 'we', 'our', and 'us' refer to Virgin Atlantic Airways Limited (referred to as 'Virgin Atlantic', 'Virgin', or the 'Promoter').
RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (RewardPort) operates a loyalty reward platform which is then used by third parties to operate their own incentive reward scheme. Virgin Atlantic have partnered with RewardPort to offer you, our front-line travel sellers an always on incentive and reward platform.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Eligibility: Registration and participation into the Virgin Atlantic Sky-High Club (India) is available to all India employed and based front line Travel Sellers (Agents), that sell flights/holidays directly to customers in India. If you work in a company that provides and sells travel/ holidays onto other Travel Companies / Agents, we are very sorry, you cannot join the Sky-High Club (India) at this time.
Your employer and your role must be India based and subject to Indian Taxation and National Insurance contributions. If you are not a front-line seller (Agent) and / or employed in a role that is outside of India, you are not eligible to join the scheme currently. Employees of Virgin Atlantic, affiliated Partner Airlines and any other Virgin branded business are not eligible to participate.
