Sky High Crew FAM trip to London Terms and Conditions - September 2026

1. Purpose and Eligibility

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to the London Familiarisation ("FAM") Prize awarded in connection with the Sky High Crew (India) Programme operated by Virgin Atlantic Airways Limited ("Virgin Atlantic").

1.2 The application, assessment and selection of Sky High Crew Ambassadors are governed by the separate Sky High Crew (India) Programme Terms & Conditions.

1.3 The three (3) applicants appointed as Sky High Crew Ambassadors in accordance with the Sky High Crew (India) Programme Terms & Conditions will each be awarded the London FAM Prize, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

1.4 There is no separate application or selection process for the London FAM Prize.

2. Prize

2.1 Each of the three (3) appointed Sky High Crew Ambassadors will receive one (1) London Familiarisation (FAM) Prize.

2.2 The London FAM is scheduled to take place during November 2026. Final dates and itinerary details will be communicated separately by Virgin Atlantic.

2.3 The Prize is personal to each winner, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative.

3. Winner Notification and Acceptance

3.1 The three appointed Sky High Crew Ambassadors will be announced in accordance with the Sky High Crew (India) Programme Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Winners will be notified using the contact details associated with their Sky High Club account or otherwise provided as part of their Sky High Crew application.

3.3 Winners must confirm acceptance of the Prize within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.

3.4 If a winner declines the Prize, fails to respond within the required period, is unable to travel, does not satisfy these Terms & Conditions or is otherwise unable to accept the Prize, Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the Prize in accordance with the Sky High Crew (India) Programme Terms & Conditions.

4. Travel Conditions

4.1 All travel arrangements forming part of the Prize will be organised by Virgin Atlantic.

4.2 Travel dates are fixed and cannot be amended unless otherwise agreed by Virgin Atlantic.

4.3 Cabin allocation will be determined solely by Virgin Atlantic.

4.4 All elements of the Prize must be taken as part of the same trip and may not be separated, deferred or exchanged.

4.5 Travel undertaken as part of the Prize will not qualify for Flying Club Points, Sky High Club Points or any other loyalty programme accrual.

5. Passport, Visa and Travel Documentation

5.1 Winners are responsible for holding:

  • A valid passport with at least six (6) months' validity at the time of travel.
  • Any other documentation required to travel to and enter the United Kingdom.

5.2 Virgin Atlantic will support and facilitate the visa application process.

5.3 Visa application costs will be covered by Virgin Atlantic as part of the Prize.

5.4 Visa approval remains solely at the discretion of the relevant authorities and cannot be guaranteed by Virgin Atlantic.

5.5 If a visa is refused or the required travel documentation cannot be obtained, Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to withdraw and/or reallocate the Prize.

6. Accessibility and Special Requirements

6.1 Winners should notify Virgin Atlantic of any accessibility, mobility, dietary or other special requirements as early as reasonably possible in advance of travel.

6.2 Virgin Atlantic will use reasonable efforts to accommodate notified requirements, subject to availability and the requirements of relevant travel, accommodation and other service providers.

7. Prize Inclusions

7.1 The Prize will include:

  • Return Virgin Atlantic flights.
  • Hotel accommodation.
  • Ground transportation included within the official itinerary.
  • Official FAM programme activities.
  • Selected meals included within the official itinerary.
  • Visa application costs.

8. Prize Exclusions

8.1 Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Prize does not include:

  • Travel insurance.
  • Personal expenses.
  • Meals outside the official itinerary.
  • Independent travel arrangements.
  • Travel to and from the winner's departure airport.
  • Costs incurred outside the official itinerary.

9. Prize Restrictions

9.1 The Prize cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

9.2 The Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other Virgin Atlantic offer or promotion unless expressly authorised by Virgin Atlantic.

9.3 All elements of the Prize must be taken together as part of the same trip.

10. Employer Approval, Gifts & Hospitality

10.1 Winners are responsible for obtaining any approvals required by their employer before accepting the Prize.

10.2 Winners are responsible for ensuring that acceptance of the Prize complies with their employer's applicable gifts, hospitality and ethics policies.

10.3 Virgin Atlantic accepts no responsibility where the necessary employer approval is not granted.

11. Conduct and Withdrawal of Prize

11.1 Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to withdraw, refuse or recover the Prize where a winner:

  • Provides false or misleading information.
  • Breaches these Terms & Conditions or the Sky High Crew (India) Programme Terms & Conditions.
  • Engages in fraudulent activity.
  • Acts in a manner likely to bring Virgin Atlantic into disrepute.
  • Fails to comply with applicable airline, accommodation or local laws, rules or regulations during the trip.

11.2 Where the Prize has already been awarded, Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to recover the Prize or any associated costs resulting from such breach, where appropriate.

12. Publicity

12.1 By accepting the Prize, winners agree that Virgin Atlantic may use their name, agency name, photographs, videos and related content for promotional, marketing and communication purposes relating to Sky High Club, Sky High Crew and the London FAM.

12.2 Where permitted by applicable law, winners may object to such use by notifying Virgin Atlantic in writing.

13. Data Protection

13.1 Personal information required for the administration and fulfilment of the Prize will be processed in accordance with Virgin Atlantic's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

13.2 RewardPort and/or other relevant third-party service providers may process personal information on behalf of Virgin Atlantic where necessary to administer or fulfil the Prize and related communications.

14. Tax

14.1 Any personal tax liability arising from receipt or use of the Prize shall be the responsibility of the winner, where applicable.

15. Liability

15.1 Virgin Atlantic shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, changes or inability to provide any element of the Prize arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to operational disruption, industrial action, adverse weather, government restrictions, visa refusal or other force majeure events.

15.2 Virgin Atlantic shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from acceptance or use of the Prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

15.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits Virgin Atlantic's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Conflict with Promotional Material

16.1 If there is any inconsistency between promotional materials relating to the London FAM Prize and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail in relation to the Prize.

17. Severability

17.1 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Governing Law

18.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

18.2 Any disputes arising in connection with the Prize shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
