1. Eligibility

1.1 The Sky High Club Refer & Earn Programme ("Programme") is open to registered Sky High Club members ("Referrers") who have held an active account for a minimum of thirty (30) days.

1.2 Participation is limited to travel agents and sub-agents based in India, as defined by Virgin Atlantic.

1.3 Participants must be aged 18 years or above at the time of participation.

1.4 Employees of Virgin Atlantic and its affiliates may be excluded from participation at Virgin Atlantic's sole discretion.

2. How the Programme Works

2.1 Referrers may invite new agents or sub-agents ("Referred Participants") using their unique referral link or code.

2.2 A referral will be considered valid only where:

• (a) The Referred Participant registers using the Referrer's unique link or code; and

• (b) The Referred Participant becomes active within thirty (30) days of registration.

2.3 For the purpose of this Programme, "becomes active" means that the Referred Participant completes their first validated claim within thirty (30) days of registration.

2.4 A "validated claim" refers to a successfully submitted and approved booking that is ticketed, not cancelled or refunded, and verified through Virgin Atlantic systems.

2.5 A referral will be deemed "successful" only when the Referred Participant completes a minimum of three (3) validated claims.

2.6 All referrals, claims, and associated activity will be tracked through Virgin Atlantic systems, which shall be the sole and final authority for determining validation and eligibility.

3. Rewards

3.1 Referrers will receive five (5) points for each successful referral.

3.2 Points will be credited only once all validation criteria have been met and approved by Virgin Atlantic.

3.3 Only one reward will be granted per Referred Participant, regardless of duplicate or multiple registrations.

3.4 Points are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any monetary equivalent.

4. Referral Validity & Tracking

4.1 Referral links or codes will remain valid for a period of 365 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Virgin Atlantic's tracking systems shall be the final authority in determining referral attribution, validation, and eligibility.

4.3 In the event of multiple referrals for the same participant, only the first valid referral recorded in the system will be considered.

5. Campaign Period & FAM Incentive

5.1 The Programme will run from 1 May 2026 to 31 December 2026 (the "Campaign Period").

5.2 The FAM qualification period will run from 1 May 2026 to 14 August 2026 (the "Qualification Period").

5.3 Only successful referrals and validated claims completed within the Qualification Period will be considered for the FAM Prize.

5.4 The top three (3) referrers, based on the highest number of successful referrals (as defined) during the Qualification Period, will be selected as winners.

5.5 In the event of a tie, the participant who achieves the qualifying criteria first, based on system-generated timestamps, will be selected.

5.6 Winners will be notified via email and must confirm acceptance within seventy-two (72) hours. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in selection of the next eligible participant.

5.7 Each winner will receive a FAM trip to London scheduled for November 2026 (the "Prize").

5.8 This is a performance-based programme and not a prize draw.

5.9 Full details of the trip, including itinerary, inclusions, and exclusions, will be communicated separately by Virgin Atlantic.

6. Travel & Prize Conditions

6.1 Travel will be arranged by Virgin Atlantic and is subject to availability at the time of booking.

6.2 Travel dates will be pre-confirmed and are fixed. Changes or amendments may not be permitted except at Virgin Atlantic's discretion.

6.3 The Prize is awarded solely to the selected winner and is non-transferable.

6.4 No companion travel is included. Any accompanying individual must book separately at the applicable fare.

6.5 Travel under this Programme will not be eligible for Flying Club points, Sky High Club points, or any other loyalty accrual.

6.6 Travel Requirements & Visa Support (Updated)

The winner is responsible for ensuring possession of:

• A valid passport with a minimum of six (6) months validity at the time of travel

• Applicable visas

• Any additional documentation required to comply with immigration and travel regulations

Visa Support & Cost Coverage

For winners of the FAM Prize, Virgin Atlantic will support and facilitate the visa application process, and the visa application cost will be covered by Virgin Atlantic as part of the Prize.

Visa approval remains at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate, and Virgin Atlantic does not guarantee visa issuance.

The winner must provide all necessary documentation and comply with all timelines associated with the visa application process.

In the event that a visa is not granted, Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to withdraw or reallocate the Prize without any obligation to provide compensation.

6.7 Prize Exclusions (Updated)

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Prize does not include:

• Travel insurance

• Airport transfers

• Meals outside the defined itinerary

• Personal or incidental expenses

Visa application costs are included as part of the Prize.

Any additional expenses incurred beyond the stated inclusions shall be borne by the winner.

7. Fair Use & Disqualification

7.1 Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to review and disqualify any participant in cases of:

• Duplicate or self-referrals

• Fraudulent activity

• Misuse or manipulation of the Programme

7.2 Self-referral is strictly prohibited, including referrals made to oneself or within the same agency or organisation.

7.3 Any invalid, incomplete, or unverifiable registrations or claims will not be considered.

8. Accessibility

8.1 Winners must inform Virgin Atlantic of any special access or mobility requirements at the time of confirmation to enable appropriate arrangements.

9. Programme Changes

9.1 Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Programme, in whole or in part, at any time where necessary.

10. Liability

10.1 Virgin Atlantic shall not be responsible for technical issues, delays, system failures, or any external factors that may impact participation or reward allocation.

11. Data Protection

11.1 By participating, users agree to the use of their personal data for Programme administration in accordance with Virgin Atlantic's Privacy Policy.

11.2 This clause remains subject to final review and approval by the Data Protection team.

12. Publicity

12.1 Virgin Atlantic may publish or make available information indicating that a valid award has taken place.

12.2 Participants may object to such publication by notifying Virgin Atlantic.

13. General

13.1 Participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

13.2 Virgin Atlantic's decision on all matters relating to the Programme shall be final and binding.

13.3 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
