If you're wishing to upgrade your seat from an existing booking you can do so by logging into My Booking and tap on the red web chat icon at the bottom of your screen. Alternatively, you can call us.
If you've booked your next flight (or you're looking to book one) and you're wanting to upgrade your seat or cabin, you can do just that by spending your points.
You can check how many points you will need to upgrade to Premium or Upper Class below. For a view of all upgrades by destination and date, use our handy table below to work out how many points you'll need. Please note, if your flight starts VS but operated by another airline you can't use your points to upgrade.

What would you be willing to pay for an upgrade? Name your price - we might just say yes.
If you're thinking of upgrading (hey, why wouldn’t you?) you can make us an offer on Your Bid, our online auction for upgrades. If your bid is accepted, you could very well score yourself a swanky new seat.
Remember upgrades are subject to availability on your flight. If you don't get the chance to bid, it's still worth checking for upgrade opportunities in My Booking, or ask us at the airport for upgrade options.
2. Simply tell us how much you’re willing to pay for an upgrade, by making a bid. Bids can be made up to two days before your flight is due to depart.
3. All bids will be assessed between 7 and 2 days prior to the scheduled departure date of your flight.
4. If there are multiple passengers in your booking you have to bid to upgrade all passengers. The amount you bid will be on a per passenger basis. For example, if you have a party of four and you wish to bid £100 for an upgrade, you will have to bid £400.
5. If your bid is accepted, congratulations, you've just bagged yourself an upgrade. We’ll send you an email to let you know.
6. You can make changes to your bid, or cancel it if you change your mind, until two days before your flight is due to depart. If your bid has been accepted you will not be able to cancel.
