Upgrade with Points

If you've got Virgin Points, we've got a Reward Seat with your name on it. Check out our Reward Seat finder to see how many reward seats are available.

If you're wishing to upgrade your seat from an exsiting booking you can do so by logging into My Booking and tap on the red web chat icon at the bottom of your screen.

Bid for an upgrade

What would you be willing to pay for an upgrade? Name your price - we might just say yes.

If you're thinking of upgrading (hey, why wouldn’t you?) you can make us an offer on Your Bid, our online auction for upgrades. If your bid is accepted, you could very well score yourself a swanky new seat.

Remember upgrades are subject to availability on your flight. If you don't get the chance to bid, it's still worth checking for upgrade opportunities in My Booking, or ask us at the airport for upgrade options.
