Now open: The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at London Heathrow
 

Our fantastic Clubhouse at London Heathrow is open again, and we can’t wait to welcome you back. There have been a few changes here and there, but it’s still the fabulous Virgin Atlantic experience you know and love.

Located in our dedicated Upper Class Wing, it's more like a five-star hotel than an airport lounge. With fabulous amenities and a relaxed atmosphere, it's the perfect place to chill out or get some work done. 

Order what you want, how you want

In the Clubhouse, you’ll now be able to choose if you’d prefer waiter service or use our online ordering system. If you’re seated in our Brasserie, we’ll come to you and take your order. If you’re relaxing elsewhere in the Clubhouse, you’ll find a QR code at your table which you can scan to access our online ordering for everything from a glass of champagne to a burger. No need to get up – we’ll bring it to you when it’s ready. 

Coming soon: The new Clubhouse Retreat

Sit back, rejuvenate and refresh with our new Retreat area. With beautifully designed relaxation areas to enjoy some meditation or just quiet time before you fly, it’s the perfect spot to recharge. 

Work it out with Peloton®

Fancy getting in a quick workout before your flight? Our Clubhouse now has Peloton bikes (with a fabulous runway view) and you can even freshen up with a lovely shower afterwards. 

The Peloton family offers full body training through the Bike. Immerse yourself into the Peloton experience. your workouts will never be the same.

If you wish to book a ride simply, scan your device on one of our QR codes, select peloton bike booking and select time of ride. Please ensure you bring comfortable attire.

Can I bring a guest?

Passengers listed above (excluding Delta One passengers and Singapore Airlines members) are welcome to bring a guest to the Clubhouse.

Your guest must enter the Clubhouse at the same time as you and they need to be travelling on the same day, from the same terminal on an international flight operated by Virgin Atlantic, Delta Air Lines, Air France or KLM.

You'll also need to accompany them while in the Clubhouse.

Where to find us

We are located in the Upper Class Wing at London Heathrow Terminal 3. If you're arriving in a chauffeur-driven car service, we aim to whisk you from your car to the Clubhouse within ten minutes.

The Clubhouse is open from 6.30am to 10.30pm or last departure.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the Clubhouse.

At Virgin Atlantic's Revivals lounge we welcome Upper Class passengers and Flying Club Gold members arriving in the morning after an overnight flight.

Hit the ground running when you land at Heathrow

At London Heathrow airport there's nothing better than a morning pitstop in our Revivals lounge to re-invigorate and re-energise after a long overnight flight. Freshen up with a power shower while we press your suit for you. Follow it up with a full English breakfast and a read of the morning papers to set you up for the day. It all adds up to a great morning.

Find us less than five minutes walk from customs, just off the Arrivals Hall in Terminal 3.

We're open daily from 5:00am to 1:30pm.

 

Services for you at the Revivals lounge

  • Freshly cooked complimentary breakfast, made to order. Including, of course, our Full English Breakfast. Browse our breakfast menu.
  • Housekeeping services will press your clothes and carry out minor repairs if you need them.
  • Showers to help you freshen up and prepare for your day - with luxury toiletries as an extra treat.
  • Luggage storage. Leave your hand luggage with us, we'll keep it safe until you're ready to go.
  • Free WiFi throughout.
