Customers may access the No1 Lounge at London Heathrow when traveling in an eligible cabin or through their eligible frequent flyer status.
We welcome the following passengers and their guest (where eligible):
- SkyTeam Elite Plus members + a guest traveling on Virgin Atlantic, Delta or Aeroméxico.
- Delta SkyMiles Diamond and Platinum Medallions + a guest travelling in basic economy, economy, comfort +, and main cabin on Virgin Atlantic or Delta .
- Flying Blue Platinum members + a guest traveling in basic economy, economy, comfort +, and main cabin on Virgin Atlantic or Delta.
- Virgin Australia Velocity Club Gold, Platinum, and The Club card holders traveling on Virgin Atlantic.

Located airside, after security, leave the main concourse, going towards Gate 10 and follow signs for Lounge F and No1 Lounge
The No 1 Lounge is open daily from 5:00am and the lounge closes at 10:00pm.
