Welcome. It's great to have you with us. You’ll just need to download our Virgin Money Credit Card app, where you can manage your account and check your Virgin Points balance. You could already be well on your way to your next adventure.

Getting started with your new card

It takes just a couple of minutes and it’s really easy to do:

  • See the Virgin Points you’ve earned using your credit card
  • View your latest transactions and keep tabs on your balance
  • Easily transfer a balance or move money into your account
  • Set up and manage your Direct Debit and make a payment
  • Easily view and download your statements

You can now view your PIN in the latest version of the Virgin Money Credit Card app.

To view your PIN, sign in, tap on the card image at the top of the screen and follow the instructions. You'll need to have your card handy.

If you can't access the app and need a reminder of your PIN, you can request one by contacting us via telephone banking, simply call 0800 085 3210* and choose option six, and we'll post it directly to you.

If you’re an additional cardholder, you can’t access the app but you can use your card and telephone banking as normal. If you forget your PIN or need a new one, simply call 0800 085 3210* and choose option six, and we'll post it directly to you.
