A new Flying Club reward launching January 2026

High Five is our new way to say thank you to Flying Club members who keep coming back to us, year after year.
 

Fly with us in five different years (they don’t even need to be in a row), and we’ll reward you with 12,000 Virgin Points to spend on future adventures. That’s enough for a return Saver Reward Seat from London to New York in Economy*.
 

And with Flying Club Red status, you’ll also unlock 10% bonus Virgin Points on all future flights after your first High Five – so your balance keeps climbing.

Our frequent flyer programme partnership with Hawaiian Airlines ended on the 30th June 2025.

From then on you won't be able to book a new reward flight or earn your Tier and Virgin Points. If you've already for a flight booked, don't worry, you'll be able to take off as planned.

Double Tier Points terms and conditons

For bookings made from 13th March 2025:

Earning Tier points on Virgin Atlantic Holidays

  • Bookings must be made online at  www.virginatlantic.com, via the Virgin Atlantic Holidays Customer Centre or via a Virgin Atlantic Holidays store.

  • Tier Points will be awarded to Flying Club members on qualifying bookings.

  • Tier Points will be awarded to your Flying Club Account within 7 days of completing travel. 

Earning double Tier points on Virgin Atlantic Holidays

  • The standard flight Tier Points will be doubled for all Flying Club members on qualifying Virgin Atlantic Holidays bookings that meet all of the following criteria:

    - The booking as a minimum must include flights + accommodation, flights + car hire or flights + cruise.

    - The booking must include a Virgin Atlantic operated flight.

    - The hotel, car or cruise element of the Virgin Atlantic Holiday must be for a minimum of three nights.

    - The booking must be made on or after 13th March 2025 for any future travel date.

    - The hotel, car or cruise booked as part of the Virgin Atlantic Holiday must be utilised for the full duration of the booking. 

    - The booking must originate and end in the UK.

    - If the booking includes both Virgin Atlantic and non-Virgin Atlantic operated flights, the double tier points will only apply to the Virgin Atlantic flight(s).

  • Double Tier Points do not apply to any Virgin Atlantic Holidays booking that does not satisfy these criteria – these will earn the standard tier points only

  • All members must add their Flying Club number in Virgin Atlantic My Booking or via My Account before travel to earn double Tier Points on Virgin Atlantic flights. 

 

Earning 200 bonus Tier Points

  • 200 bonus Tier Points will be awarded to the lead booker only on Virgin Atlantic Holidays bookings that meet all of the following criteria:

    - Virgin Atlantic Holidays bookings made between 13th March and 31st March 2026 for any future travel date.

    - The booking must include a Virgin Atlantic operated flight.

    - The total value of the booking is £4,000 or more.

    - Qualifying spend excludes change or cancellation fees.

    - The booking as a minimum must include flights + accommodation, flights + car hire or flights + cruise.

    - The hotel, car or cruise element of the Virgin Atlantic Holiday must be for a minimum of three nights.

    - The booking must be made on or after 13th March 2025 for any future travel date.

    - The hotel, car or cruise booked as part of the Virgin Atlantic Holiday must be utilised for the full duration of the booking. 

    - The booking must originate and end in the UK.

  • The lead booker must add their Flying Club number to their Virgin Atlantic Holidays booking online, via the Virgin Atlantic Holidays Customer Centre or in any Virgin Atlantic Holidays store before travel to earn 200 bonus Tier Points. 

  • Offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

 

Earning Virgin Points on Virgin Atlantic Holidays:

  • Based on total spend on a Virgin Atlantic Holidays booking, the lead booker will earn Virgin Points at a rate of:

    - 2 points per £1 for Red members

    - 3 points per £1 for Silver members

    - 4 points per £1 for Gold members

  • Virgin Points will be awarded to the lead booker only.

  • Bookings must be made online at  www.virginatlantic.com, via the Virgin Atlantic Holidays Customer Centre or via a Virgin Atlantic Holidays store.

  • To qualify for Virgin Points, you must add your Flying Club membership number to your booking. This can be done at the time of making your booking or prior to your holiday and either online, in person or on the phone.

  • Virgin Points based on total Virgin Atlantic Holidays spend will be awarded to the lead booker only.

  • Virgin Points will be awarded on qualifying bookings for all product types. Everything must be booked together on one booking reference.

  • Virgin Points will be earned on the total value of the booking. For bookings including flights, this includes the base fare and all taxes, fees, charges and surcharges.

  • Virgin Points will not be awarded on change or cancellation fees.

  • Virgin Points will be awarded once travel has been completed. Virgin Points will be added to the lead booker’s Flying Club Account up to 28 days after travel.

  • In addition, all Flying Club members on the booking will earn Virgin Points on any eligible flight based on the route and booking class they travel in.  Check how Virgin Points work here.

Earning Tier Points on Virgin Atlantic Holidays

  • Tier Points will be awarded to the lead booker based on amount spent on a Virgin Atlantic Holidays booking.

  • Bookings must be made online at  www.virginatlantic.com, via the Virgin Atlantic Holidays Customer Centre or via a Virgin Atlantic Holidays store.

  • To qualify for Tier Points, you must add your Flying Club membership number to your booking. This can be done at the time of making your booking or prior to your holiday and either online, in person or on the phone.

  • Tier Points based on Virgin Atlantic Holidays spent will only be awarded to the lead booker only.

  • Tier Points will be awarded on qualifying bookings for all product types. Everything must be booked together on one booking reference.

  • Tier Points will be earned on the total value of the booking. For bookings including flights, this includes the base fare and all taxes, fees, charges, and surcharges.

  • Tier points will not be awarded on change or cancellation fees.

  • Tier Points are earned in increments of 20 Points per £500 spend. For example, a £2,000 booking will earn 80 Tier Points. A £2,400 booking will also earn 80 Tier Points.

  • The maximum Tier Points awarded per booking is 400.

  • Tier Points will be awarded once travel has been completed. Tier Points will be added to the lead booker’s Flying Club Account up to 28 days after travel.

  • In addition, all Flying Club members on the booking will earn Tier Points on any eligible flight based on the booking class they travel in.  Check how Tier Points work here.

  • Offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
