Temporary pause on Retail Therapy
To ensure we continue providing the best possible onboard experience, we're temporarily pausing our Retail Therapy service. This change will take effect starting 30th November 2024
What does this mean?
- Onboard Retail: Retail Therapy products will be unavailable for purchase onboard flights from 1st December for both LHR and MAN departures
- Pre-Order Service and home delivery service will be temporarily suspended
- Flying Club – earning points and redeeming points against any products withing the RT range will be temporarily suspended
