When it comes to eating and drinking onboard, we make a proper meal of it. Expect creative twists on British and local classics combined with surprising showstoppers, packed with a world of flavour. All made from the best quality ingredients, sustainably sourced, and served with Virgin Atlantic flair. Regardless of the cabin you’re flying in, you’ll find lots of foodie flourishes to keep you satisfied in the sky, including healthy energisers, warming favourites, and of course, our signature Mile High afternoon tea.

There’s also drinks and snacks from carefully chosen brands you know, and some you don't...yet. And because we've created our menu with real people in mind, from the fussiest of flyers to the gastronomically adventurous, specific diets to kids' classics, there's bound to be something to tickle your tastebuds. You can even view the menu and order up before you fly*, so you know there's a meal you'll love ready and waiting for you. We can hear the tummy rumbles already.

We’re taking tastebuds to new heights with our brand-new Signature range – a delicious lineup of treats with serious altitude. Tuck into our classically British Mile High Tea featuring fancy finger sandwiches, perfect patisseries and a choice of teas. Take a sip of our sustainable serve cocktail, which pairs our Signature Bloody Mary Mix with Sapling vodka to create a tipple that hits different in the sky. And round it all off with Cherry Pie in the Sky - our playful twist on a British classic, mixing cherry pie ice cream with a ribbon-swirl of sauce and crunchy pie crust for the ultimate onboard indulgence.

England’s oldest vineyard brings their award-winning sparkling wine to our Upper Class cabin. Crafted in the heart of the South Downs using the traditional Champagne method, every sip is crisp, elegant, and unmistakably British - perfect for toasting your trip in style.

Savoursmiths

We've teamed up with the flavour renegades at Savoursmiths to create something seriously special for Premium and Upper Class - Virgin Bloody Mary crisps. Inspired by our Signature cocktail and crafted exclusively for us, these crisps are bold, British, and deliciously irreverent. Snack time just got a dash saucier.

A slice of the high life

Our classically British Mile High Tea brings a slice of afternoon indulgence 35,000 feet up. Tuck into flavourful finger sandwiches, delicately decorated sweet treats and, of course, a hot drink of your choice. You’ll find a tea party on most of our flights from the UK to the USA and Caribbean. After all, there’s always time for a sweet treat.

We get a little helping hand from our partners, who bring you unique flavours to up your snack game. Our partners are handpicked for their flair, originality and soul – all things we pride ourselves on too. So, you can tuck into our exclusive Virgin Bloody Mary flavour Savoursmith crisps crafted just for us, juicy Yumma gummy sweets in limited edition flavours and Nigerian snacks from Chika’s. Plus, since we truly believe that everyone deserves a slice of the pie, we’ve partnered with Creative Nature Superfoods who are proudly free from 14 allergens.

Crossing the Atlantic? Try one of our destination-inspired cocktails like American Dream, English Garden or Caribbean Rum Punch. If you’re getting ready for Riyadh, then you’ll enjoy an Arabic coffee with dates. Looking for local flavours? Dive fork-first into Lagos-inspired bites or vibrant Indian veggie dishes.

When it comes to eating onboard, we put you in the pilot’s seat. If you’re flying with us in Premium or Upper Class, you can choose what main meal you’d like in advance. With a range of menu options to choose from you can relax knowing there’ll be something delicious waiting for you onboard. You can pre-order between 7 days and 24 hours before your flight*.
