Premium dining is all about getting a restaurant experience while you're in the air.

You'll have a bigger choice of meals, served in chinaware with proper cutlery and a premium linen napkin. Just some of those tiny touches which make a big difference to your travels.

We'll welcome you onboard with a glass of bubbly.

Choose from three main courses, something tempting for everyone.

Enjoy a bottle of red or white wine with your meal, specially selected by our wine merchants.

Pudding for afters, of course. And cheese and crackers if you can manage it.

Sip an after dinner liqueur with your coffee, to help your dinner go down.

*You'll find our Wander Wall on selected aircraft. If there isn't one on your flight, then a selection of snacks will be available at the front of the galley.

Butternut squash and pecan salad (v)

Mixed salad leaves, topped with roasted butternut squash and crunchy pecan nuts.

Beef stroganoff

Tender pieces of beef in a creamy mushroom sauce with a hint of paprika served with coriander rice.

Chicken, with chorizo and bean casserole

A comforting and hearty dish of roasted chicken with a deliciously warming chorizo and bean casserole and sweet sautéed peppers.

Spinach and ricotta cannelloni (v)

Classic Italian spinach and ricotta cannelloni topped with a rustic herby tomato sauce accompanied by green beans, broccoli, peas and carrots.

Your choice of sandwiches, served with afternoon tea cakes and warm scones with clotted cream and jam.

Choose from:

Ham, cheese and mustard, salmon with horseradish and dill and cream cheese with peppers.

Egg mayonnaise, mozzarella, slow roast tomato and pesto, chilli houmous with red and green peppers.

Fuerzas Blandas Sauvignon Blanc, Spain

From its spiritual heartland in France’s Loire and Bordeaux regions Sauvignon has found success seemingly wherever it travels. This Organic example from Spain is no exception showing zesty precision and the typical gooseberry and cut grass aromas of this noble variety.

St Clements Shiraz & Mourvèdre, South Africa

The idyllic Vondeling Estate plays home to St Clements Chapel and gives us this inspired blend from vines nestled in the foothills of the Paardeberg Mountain. Rich dark fruits are suitably braced by supple tannins and underscored by notes of black pepper and sweet spice, making this a happy partner for meat and pasta dishes.

We also offer mini bottles of Gardet Champagne, so you can toast your journey or celebrate a special occasion. Just ask a crew member for details.

Dietary requirements and specific meal requirements

If you have specific dietary needs, then we'll make sure you get the right food on your flight. You can book a special meal via My booking at least 24 hours before your flight. If you require a Kosher meal, please request this at least 48 hours before your flight departs.

We do our best to give all passengers a choice of meal and ensure that a pre-requested meal is available, but there may be occasions where this is not possible. Due to the operational nature of our service, meal choices cannot be guaranteed.
