If they are flying in Upper Class, Premium or Economy Delight you can pre-select their meal option between 7 days and 24 hours before their flight.
If special assistance is needed, request this in advance of their trip by contacting our dedicated team.
If they are travelling with kids between 2-12 years old who have their own seat, you can request their kid’s meals up to 24 hours before their flight.

Time for them to fly?
Airport check in and baggage drop opens 4 hours before departure at most airports. Please ask them not to arrive earlier than this, depending on the size of their group, 3 hours should be plenty.
Remind them to bring their passport and visa.

Make sure they are aware of dangerous items which are restricted on our flights and that their liquids and electronics are prepped for security to minimise waiting times.
