Points will be awarded by Virgin Atlantic approximately two weeks after the completion of your stay. Keep all copies of original receipts until the correct amount of points appears in your account.

An Eligible Stay is defined as:

A minimum of three (3) night’s consecutive stay in any cabin at YOTEL New York.

One (1) or more cabins booked in a single transaction counts as one stay. Booking multiple rooms in the same transaction would not be eligible for further awards of points.

Stay must be booked through Yotel.com, and you can book on a desktop, tablet or mobile. Unfortunately we cannot award points  for bookings taken by telephone, travel agents, wholesale, or through other third-party websites, for example Expedia, Booking.com, TripAdvisor.

You must book our flexible full price rate only, but you can also still get our existing 10% discount for stays of three (3) days or more, and 15% discount for stays of six (6) nights or more. Other seasonal discounts, promotions, group bookings, and corporate negotiated rates are not eligible to receive points.

Multiple stays booked separately but running consecutively to each other with no night’s break in-between will be treated as one stay only.
