How to claim your points

To claim your Virgin points, simply submit proof of membership and your shopping receipts via the Village’s e-Redemption Service or at the Guest Concierge on the day of purchase. More on the eRedemption service.

Flying Club members may also claim their points retrospectively by submitting their full name, contact details, Flying Club membership number and scanned copies of their shopping receipts by email to
