Flying Club is the icing on the cake for the Virgin Atlantic experience. Members enjoy exclusive benefits as they move up tiers, such as Premium check-in or lounge access. Your customers can earn whenever they fly with us or any of our partner airlines.

The reward points can be used on reward flights to exotic destinations, upgrades, and a range of other products and services on Virgin Red. That's right, Flying Club members can unlock 100's of rewards on Virgin Red as well.

We know from your customers how important it is to them that they accrue the correct miles for the flights they’ve taken with us.

There are a few things you can do to help us make sure their miles are added to their account.

 

Flying Club numbers begin with a 1 and are 10 digits.

Any Flying Club numbers beginning with 006,007,008,009 need to be updated in any customer profiles.

 

The name in the Flying Club account should exactly match the passenger name on their booking and passport.

If it doesn’t, please direct the Flying Club member to call our Flying Club team on +44 (0)344 412 2414.

 

Flying Club numbers should be added using the following entry:

·       Amadeus:        FFNVS-1234567890

·       Galileo:            M.VS1234567890                 

·       Sabre:             FFVS1234567890

·       Worldspan:      3SSRFQTVVSHK/VS1234567890-1.1   (where 1.1 is pax 1)

 

Should your customer not have their Flying Club details to hand, they can also add their number themselves via My booking on our website at any time before travel.
