If you can't find what you're looking for with Virgin Red, you can spend your points on vouchers to then redeem on the Virgin Experience Days website.
Give the Flying Club team a call on 0344 874 7747 and let them know how many points you wish to transfer into vouchers. They'll take care of the rest, and your vouchers will land on your doorstep in a matter of days.
Terms and conditions
Your standard point earning will be credited to your Flying Club account within 45 days from purchase except travel and hotel bookings. Please allow up to 50 days from the date of purchase for any promotional points to be credited to your account. If points have not been credited within 45 days or 50 days for promotional points, please fill out the missing points claim form which can be accessed by clicking on 'My Shopping History' on the Online Shopping Shops Away homepage.
UK Flying Club members earn points on every GBP pound spent. Purchases need to be in local currencies.
In order to earn points the transaction needs to be in the name of the Flying Club member.
We reserve the right to cancel any Virgin Points awarded to you in respect of a purchase which you subsequently cancel (i.e. if you didn't pay for or later returned the goods and/or services for which the points were awarded).
Once Virgin Experience Days e-vouchers have been requested they are non refundable and there is no cash alternative.
Virgin Experience Days are open to all Flying Club members, however, a postal charge for Experience orders may apply outside the UK.
All Experience orders are despatched on the day the order is received, up to 12 noon. The package is sent out by first class post and should be received within 3 to 5 working days (the Christmas period may take longer).
All Experiences may be replaced, modified or withdrawn at any time and a suitable alternative will be offered in its place.
