Our Premium menu is a feast for the eyes as well as the appetite. Full of colour, flavour and imagination, you’d best take a picture. Because it’ll most certainly last longer.
It’s also about all the little extras that elevate your dining experience, from a chilled glass of bubbly on boarding, to choosing your meal from the menu, having proper plates and cutlery, or helping yourself to premium treats whenever you fancy it.
Highlights this season include Cumberland Sausage with Parsley Mashed Potatoes, Thai Vegetable Curry with Chilli Broccolini and Vegetable Dumpling and Honey and Mustard Chicken with Potato Gratin Green Beans and Peas.
Flying from the US? Try our Cavatelli Pasta with Pesto Cream (v), Lemon Seared Cod with Herb Roasted Fingerling Potatoes or Pork Stew with Parmesan Mashed Potato.
If you're heading to India, you might get to tuck into our Vegetable Korma with Almond Basmati, Saag Masala and Naan (v).
Our indulgent desserts are served with your main dinner service. Be sure to save a spot for something that feels like a real sweet treat.
Cheers to a great flight
Get your trip off to a great start with a bubbles or OJ when you board. Once we’re above the clouds, we’ll bring round a great choice of drinks, including juices and fizzy drinks, and hot drinks too. There’s also alcoholic drinks, from red, white and rose wine to spirits like Bombay Sapphire Gin and Jack Daniels Bourbon.
A slice of the high life
Our classically British Mile High Tea brings a slice of afternoon indulgence 35,000 feet up. Tuck into flavourful finger sandwiches, delicately decorated sweet treats and, of course, a hot drink of your choice. You’ll find a tea party on most of our flights from the UK to the USA and Caribbean. After all, there’s always time for a sweet treat.
Your new brunch spot
Brunch is always a good idea. Even when you’re 35,000 feet up. If you’re flying before 10am, we'll help your day get off to a flying start with dishes like Buttermilk Chicken with Waffles, Baked Egg with Shakshuka and Polenta Chips and Bacon Potato Cake with Streaky Bacon, Poached Egg, Sriracha Ketchup and Spinach all available on our Premium brunch menu.

New for A/W 2024, we’ll get you in the pilot’s seat of your own wellbeing with everything you need for a snooze-ful journey. However you want to wind down, there’s a hot cuppa and speedy meal service to match. In Premium and Economy, Twining's Sleep Tea, a warming blend of of spiced apple and vanilla, will send you to the land of nod.

Making every kid’s journey tasty and fun
We make sure the inflight dining experience for little ones is just as considered as the one for grown ups. We’re talking a dedicated kids’ menu with tasty, nutritious and fun meals, and plenty of snacks.
Special meals
We offer deliciously different meals to cater for a range of tastes, including meals for kids and vegetarians. If you have more specific dietary requirements, such as gluten intolerant, kosher or halal, we can cater for that too, but you’ll need to request them in advance.
You can order a meal to suit your dietary needs up to 24 hours before your flight*, and get onboard knowing you’ll have a carefully considered dish waiting for you.
*Kosher meals require 48 hours notice.
