Points may only be earned on flights operated by Singapore Airlines. Points that are earned retrospectively on Singapore Airlines can only be claimed for up to 6 months after the date of travel. Points will be issued to Flying Club members when they travel in the classes listed. It may take up to 60 days for missing points to appear on a Flying Club account.
Additional points will not be earned for bookings that are subsequently upgraded to a higher class whereby an additional fare difference is paid. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions on earning points on code share flights with our partner airlines.
And if you are a member of our partner airlines' frequent flyer programmes, you can only earn points in one programme for a particular flight.
Points can't be earned on flights operated by SilkAir.

Please note that Flying Club members will not earn points when booked within the following classes on the VS Codeshare flights (operated by Singapore Airlines) Booking classes which do not qualify for accruals are X, N & O (when booked as a VS Codeshare flight).
When claiming points please keep all copies of your original tickets/e-tickets and boarding passes until the correct amount of points appear on your account. If the points do not show on your account within six weeks, please contact us to claim them back.
