Our exclusive Meet and Greet service really does make getting through the airport easy.

 

Customers who want to be escorted will be met by one of our Virgin Atlantic hosts at check in – or at their car if using the Upper Class Wing. They will then be accompanied through the airport to either the clubhouse (subject to eligibility) or the departures hall and met again to board their flight.  

 

Customers can also request to be met at their arrival airport, where their host will await them at the aircraft doors and escort them through customs and baggage claim.

 

Who can use the Meet and Greet service?

Meet and Greet is available to any customer flying with Virgin Atlantic in any cabin. Whether an entertainment professional looking to get through the airport swiftly, or someone travelling alone who’d like to have one of our hosts give them a little extra help, we’re here for them if they need us.

How can you book the service?

The Meet and Greet service starts from £180pp ($250), per airport. To book, just email Global.Team@fly.virgin.com or call 0344 412 6000. We require 7 days to process your request and this service is subject to availability.

Cancellations to services already in place within 72-hours of flight departure are non-refundable.

1. To book our Meet and Greet service we required a minimum of 72 hours notice. 

2. Meet and Greet is offered at these airports only: London Heathrow, Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York JFK, Olrando, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa and Washington DC. 

3.  The Meet and Greet service does not include Fast Track through immigration. 

4. Once booked our Meet and Greet service is non refundable inside 72 hours of departure.

5. Changes to booked services are not permitted inside 72 hours of departure. 

6. At least one passengers requesting this service must meet the criteria of 18 years old or over flying in the same cabin.

7. There will be times during the journey, including when the customer is in the clubhouse (subject to eligibility) or in the departures hall, where customers will be left to enjoy their Virgin Atlantic experience privately until their flight is called for boarding.

8. For customers in need of additional support due to medical or accessibility requirements, including one-on-one assistance, kindly be advised that the Meet & Greet service will not fully accommodate your specific needs.
