3. Flights must be booked through virginatlantic.com using the discount code MICEE.

4. When booking, the discount code MICEE must be used. You will find the discount code box in the top right-hand corner on the page you search for flights on www.virginatlantic.com

5. Please take your Company photo ID to the departure airport at check in to validate your booking.

6. Use or distribution of the code by people not employed by a Preferred Corporate Partner may result in bookings being cancelled and the
program being terminated.

7. Validity: the discount stated is available from 17th March 2025 for new bookings made for travel up to 330 Days in advance only.
