We’re making it easier to buy train tickets anywhere in Great Britain, with our brand new, easy-to-use app. Plan your journey fast, then choose between paper tickets or paperless e-tickets that you can save in your phone’s wallet and use offline – with no booking fee! You can even choose to pay with Apple or Google Pay. Simple.

Our app makes organising a small group trip a breeze. Book everyone’s tickets using the Virgin Trains Ticketing app, then share them through the app when you travel together.  And then get a bunch of Virgin Points for your trouble! (Don’t worry, we won’t tell them if you don’t.)

Get your tickets fast. Get set up later

If you need tickets fast and haven’t had time to create an account, that’s OK. Just buy your ticket, checkout as a guest and hop on the train. Then, get set up (and claim your Virgin Points) when you have a minute.

Link your accounts and watch your points fly

Download the Virgin Trains Ticketing app to book any train on the National Rail network from your phone. Every pound you spend on train travel in the app turns into three Virgin Points that you can use in Flying Club, or our rewards club, Virgin Red. If you’re not already a Virgin Red member, you can join any time. Link your account with your Flying Club, then use your Virgin Red login to sign into the new Virgin Trains Ticketing app and watch your points stack up.
