Earning points:
You must enrol into the Best Western Rewards® programme before your first stay to ensure that you will earn your Virgin points for that stay.

500 Virgin points are earned per qualifying stay at any Best Western Hotel worldwide. A qualified stay is defined as one or more consecutive nights at the same Best Western Hotel, regardless of numbers of check-ins and check-outs, at a Best Western Rewards® qualified rate. You can only earn points if you have made and paid for the booking and actually stay at the hotel which is the subject of the booking. Points cannot be earned on your behalf.

You must present your Best Western Rewards® membership card ("Card") at check-in and when settling your bill on check-out of the hotel in order to obtain your Rewards Programme points.

Exchange points

Members of Flying Club can also exchange their Marriott Bonvoy® points to Virgin Points. Login to your Marriott Bonvoy® account and transfer your points to Virgin Atlantic Flying Club where you'll earn 1 Virgin Point for 3 Marriott Bonvoy® points. In addition every transfer of 60,000 Marriott Bonvoy® points will receive an extra 5,000 bonus Virgin Points

Points are earned based on spend at the hotel. Charges which do not qualify for points include taxes applied to the room rate, paid outs, purchase of Marriott gift certificates, charges for Marriott contracting services and catering or banquet functions charged to the guest room account.

Brands offering 1 point per U.S dollar spend award points on room rate only, with the exception of Horizons Club, which offers 1 point per U.S dollar spent on all qualifying charges.

Points accrual is limited to individual travel. If a member attends a convention or group meeting and individually pays Marriott directly for the room, the member will be eligible to receive points for the stay. However, contract rooms, rooms reserved by corporations on an ongoing basis, master-billed rooms and rooms booked at the marriott associate rates are not eligible to earn points. Points earned from room contracts or military rates at certain overseas locations are subject to local restrictions and may be ineligible for credit.

Wholesale packages and series tours booked through a travel agent are not eligible for points.

1. To earn points you must be a member of World of Hyatt, Hyatt’s loyalty program. Enrolments into World of Hyatt can be done online at hyatt.com, at hotel check-in or by calling any Hyatt Global Contact Centres.
2. Quote your World of Hyatt number and Flying Club membership number at time of booking.
3. Flying Club members must show their Flying Club programme membership card at check-in. At time of check-in you can set your preferences to always earn Virgin points.The name on the reservation must match the name on the programme membership card exactly. The points awarded to the Flying Club account for an eligible stay is defined as "base" points.
4. If member elects to receive Virgin points for a Hyatt stay, member will receive 750 points for each stay when paying an Eligible Rate.
5. Points will be awarded on only one Travel Partner programme per stay where member pays an Eligible Rate, regardless of the number of rooms member personally pays for during the stay or the length of the stay.
6. For points to be credited to the member's Flying Club account, it may take up to 6 weeks after check-out at the hotel.

Exchange Virgin Points to IHG One Rewards points

Flying Club members can exchange their Virgin Points for IHG One Rewards points.

IHG One Rewards points can be redeemed for IHG One Rewards such as free hotel nights, gift vouchers, merchandise and flights. To view a list of rewards available visit www.ihg.com/rewardsclub.

Exchange Virgin Points into IHG One Rewards points at a rate of 1:1.

Minimum Level: 10,000 points and then in increments of 5,000. Just call your Flying Club Helpline with your IHG One Rewards account number.

Exchange IHG One Rewards points to Virgin Points

Flying Club members can also exchange IHG One Rewards points to Virgin Points. To exchange IHG One Rewards points for Virgin Points please contact the IHG One Rewards Service Centre.

Exchange IHG One Rewards points at a rate of 10,000 points into 2,000 Virgin Points.

To earn or convert Virgin Points , you must be a member of the IHG® Hotels & Resorts rewards programme, IHG One Rewards. The IHG One Rewards Terms and Conditions apply, which can be found here

Earning points

• Members who select “Virgin Atlantic | Flying Club[VS1] ” in the preferences section on his/her profile will be awarded 2 Virgin Points per $1 USD spent on qualifying room rates at IHG Hotels & Resorts® properties globally with the exception of Candlewood Suites® or Staybridge Suites®, for which members will be awarded 1 Virgin Point per $1 USD spent.
• Members will also be awarded 500 Virgin Points per stay at The Venetian®, Macao
• Virgin Points will be awarded on the amount spent on the qualifying stay or service only and not on any other fees and charges including, but not limited to, taxes, services charges, food and beverage and room service charges.
• No Virgin Points will be awarded for no-shows or cancelled bookings. Points cannot be earned on another person’s behalf.

Converting Points

1.      Your name on your Flying Club membership account must match exactly with the name on your IHG® One Rewards account for a successful conversion of points.

2.      The transfer of points between the accounts will take up to 6 weeks.

3.      Conversions are final and may not be reversed .

Spend points

You can spend your Virgin Points with Hilton by exchanging the points into Hilton Honors Points, which can then be used for rewards such as free hotel nights, experimental rewards, premium merchandise and more.

Points are exchanged at the following rate: 2 Virgin Points for 3 Hilton Honors points. You must have a minimum of 10,000 points, then exchanges can be made in increments of 10,000. 

To exchange your Virgin Points to Hilton Honors points, please call the Flying Club Helpline with your Hilton Honors account number.

1. Once you have reached 10,000 Hilton Honors Points in the Hilton Honors programme, you may exchange these for Virgin Points (in increments of 10,000 points). You'll receive 1,500 Virgin Points per 10,000 Hilton Honors Points exchanged. 
2. You can spend your Virgin Points with Hilton by exchanging the points into Hilton Honors Points, which can then be used for rewards such as free hotel nights, experimental rewards, premium merchandise and more. Points are exchanged at the following rate: 2 Virgin Points for 3 Hilton Honors points. You must have a minimum of 10,000 points, then exchanges can be made in increments of 10,000. 
3. Your name on your Flying Club membership account must match exactly with the name on your Hilton Honors account for a successful conversion of points.
4. The transfer of points between the accounts will take up to 30 days and converted points cannot be used until the transfer is complete.
5. Conversions are final and may not be reversed.

Earning points:

1. Base earning rates will range between 500 – 10,000 Virgin Points per night.
2. Please allow 2-4 weeks following an eligible hotel stay for any earned points to be posted to your Flying Club account.
3. If you cancel your reservation or change your reservation so that it no longer complies with the terms of an offer, you will not earn any points from that reservation.
4. Offer is not redeemable for cash, is nontransferable, and cannot be combined with other offers.
5. Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice or liability.
6. Virgin Points accrued and awards issued are subject to the terms and conditions of Virgin Atlantic Flying Club.
7. Points are awarded per room, not per person.

1. Get your eVoucher - Redeem Virgin points for Kaligo e-vouchers through the Flying Club helpline. One voucher = one night stay.
2. Find a great hotel - Search via kaligo.com/flyingclub-spend to see which hotels can be booked with your voucher. Filters make it easy.
3. Book & enjoy - On the check-out page, enter one voucher code for each night that you are booking.

Earn points

1. Please sign-up for a new Kaligo account to earn points and bonus points by visiting kaligo.com/VirginAtlantic. There is no restriction on check-in dates, so you can book hotels for all your upcoming travel.
2. Your Virgin points will be awarded to your account approximately 5 days after the end of your hotel stay.

Spend points

1. e-Vouchers are only valid when booking via www.kaligo.com/flyingclub-spend.
2. e-Vouchers cover the full room rate for 1 night at a hotel of the chosen category, including taxes and fees.
3. e-Vouchers are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
4. Multiple vouchers can be used to book consecutive nights at the same hotel.
5. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, special offer or promotion.
