Upper Class customers, Flying Club Gold members as well as *Delta's Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Medallion members, can once again enjoy access to the airline’s flagship North America lounge enjoying a complimentary a la carte menu featuring five-star dining plus a wide selection of cocktails, wine and soft drinks.

Just like every Clubhouse, there’s no mistaking which city this one lives in. JFK's Clubhouse is a space that oozes uptown style. The moment you walk in you’ll be transported into a world of graceful elegance, with soothing lighting and luxurious furnishings.

 

And in true Virgin Atlantic fashion, we'll make you feel right at home, making sure you have everything you need before your flight.

   

Services at our Clubhouse in New York JFK

 

  • Indulge in something delicious from our complimentary a la carte menu, which features five-star dining.
  • Hop up to the bar and order one of our signature cocktails, compliments of the house. 
  • If you're in a playful mood, the entertainment zone has an iconic red ball sofa, alongside a pool table and other games. It's a fun place to lie back, make new friends, and watch the world go by. 
  • Showers to help you freshen up pre-boarding. 
  • Luggage storage. Leave your hand luggage with us, we'll keep it safe until it's time to board.

Who can access the Clubhouse at JFK?

Customers may access the Clubhouse in New York when traveling in an eligible cabin or through their eligible frequent flyer status.

We welcome the following passengers and their guest (where eligible) into our Clubhouse at JFK:

Passengers traveling in the following cabins
 
  • Upper Class on Virgin Atlantic + guest traveling with Virgin Atlantic or Delta

  • Delta One on a Delta international flight

  • First or Business Class on China Airlines
Passengers with the following loyalty status
 
  • Flying Club Gold Card members + a guest traveling with Virgin Atlantic or Delta

  • SkyTeam Elite Plus members travelling on Virgin Atlantic or Delta + a guest traveling on an international flight operated by a SkyTeam carrier

  • Virgin Australia Velocity Club Gold, Platinum, and The Club card holders traveling on Virgin Atlantic

  • Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Gold, Solitaire PPS Club and PPS Club members traveling on Virgin Atlantic
Passengers that are Transiting or Connecting
 
  • Requires to be travelling in Upper Class or Delta One

  • Requires to be a Flying Club Gold member, Platinum, Diamond or Gold medallion member or Sky team Elite plus

  • To be on the Same itinerary, same ticket and day

  • On an international flight.

  • Sky team Elite plus must be departing on a sky team member carrier.
