We are giving away two fantastic prizes:

The first prize is for the person who has the highest points and they will win two round-trip tickets, flying Upper Class on any Virgin Atlantic flight to North America. 

And the Second bonus prize is two round-trip tickets flying Delta Premium Select on any Delta Air Lines flight to North America. The winner of these will be chosen at random so even if you make one Group booking, you've still got a chance of winning!

What do you have to do?
From 03 July 2023 until 31 December 2023, if you make a new group booking for travel between 03 July 2023 – 31 March 2024, you will be awarded points and the more points you get, the more chance you have of winning a prize.  But don't forget, we've also got the bonus prize so everyone who makes a Group booking will be in with a chance to win!

How it works?
You just need to choose to book your Groups customers on a Virgin Atlantic or Delta Air Lines flight, and for every booking* you make you will be awarded points:


Booking 16+ seats in Upper Class/Delta One = 7 points

Booking 8 – 15 seats in Upper Class/Delta One = 6 points

Booking 16+ seats in Premium/Premium Select = 5 points

Booking 8 – 15 seats in Premium/Premium Select = 4 points

Booking 16+ seats in Economy = 3 points

Booking 10-15 seats in Economy = 2 points

Group size less than 10 in Economy and less than 8 in any other cabin = 1 point

You focus on making the bookings and our Virgin Atlantic Groups team and Reed & MacKay commercial team will run monthly reports to track the points you earn. And don't worry, we'll share this with you every month so you know exactly how you are doing.
