You must complete an online Immigration and Customs form 24 hours before departure at https://travelform.gov.bb, saving the receipt to a mobile device or printed and presented to Immigration and Customs upon arrival in Barbados.

Quarantine

Customers arriving from High-Risk countries (this will include the UK as of 01st October) with a valid negative Covid-19 PCR test result, will be quarantined at a designated holding hotel or approved villa at their own expense. Alternatively, you may stay free of charge in a government facility.

Covid-19 test 

For you to be accepted for travel you must have tested NEGATIVE for Covid-19 (a PCR Antigen test) within 3 days prior to arrival into Barbados and carry evidence of the test and result. The Covid-19 negative test result must have the date and time it was taken clearly shown. Children under 5 years of age do not require a PCR test. Please note that your negative test must be administered by a clinician at an accredited or certified facility/laboratory, saliva and self-tests will NOT be accepted.

If you cannot present proof of a negative Covid-19 test at the departure airport, you will be denied travel to Barbados. You will no longer be able to test on arrival in Barbados if you do not carry a negative test.

You will be required to retest 4-5 days after the first accepted negative test result. If the result of that second test is negative, then you will not be subject to further quarantine. However, you will continue to be monitored for 7 days after arrival.

Foreign Nationals

All foreign travellers to China must fill in and sign an additional Health Declaration Form on the Chinese Embassy website this ca be found by clicking the link below. This needs to be scanned and a copy sent together with the PCR Antigen test Certificates (with a negative result) and a photocopy of the photo-page of your passport to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate. To speed up the process, please add your name and date of departure in the subject of the email and send to testreportuk@gmail.com and health_man@outlook.com.

Additional Health Declaration Form

A Certified Health Declaration Form with a validity for 3 days (starting from the issued date of the PCR Antigen Test Certificate) shall be issued by the Chinese Embassy or the Consulates who will send this back to you by email. This needs to be presented with the print-out certified Health Declaration Form and the valid PCR Antigen Test Certificate at check-in

Chinese Nationals

Must obtain a green QR Code with the HS logo through WeChat by submitting a negative PCR Antigen Test result within 24 hours of obtaining the certificate. They are required to present the valid QR Code and PCR Antigen Test Certificate at check-in.

*Customers in direct transit who are unable to present a valid QR code or certified Health Declaration Form, will be permitted travel if they can present a negative PCR Antigen Test Certificate dated no more than 3 days before departure from London Heathrow.

Quarantine

Following health checks on arrival, visitors with a residence address in Shanghai can apply to isolate for 7 days in a government-assigned hotel (at their own cost), followed by 7 days of home isolation.

Those who wish to leave the “Pure Safe travel accommodations”, must be retested on or after the 4th day of their stay or remain at the hotel for the duration of their visit. Travellers must provide confirmation of a hotel reservation for no less than 14 days from their arrival day in Hong Kong. A reservation for any hotel in Hong Kong will be acceptable. However, hostels, guesthouses, Airbnb and service apartments are not accepted by the local authorities.

Please note the Covid-19 negative test must be carried out by an accredited ISO 15189 laboratory or healthcare institution, have the date and time it was taken clearly shown and must bear the name of the traveller identical to your travel document. NHS test certificates will not be accepted.

Covid-19 test

A Covid-19 test is not mandatory for travel to India however if you’re transiting through Delhi or Mumbai onto a domestic flight you must complete a Covid-19 test (PCR Antigen test) within 92 hours of departure from London Heathrow. If you’re unable to provide a negative PCR result, you will be required to undergo 7 days quarantine in a government facility before continuing your onward journey.

Travelling to Israel

All customers on international flights arriving to or departing from Israel must be granted clearance through the Israeli Ministry of Health website by completing the inbound clearance application form, no more than 24 hours before departure from London Heathrow. This website can be found below.

If cleared for travel, you will receive an electronic approval QR code directly to your email as provided in the application form. You will be required to show this form at check in and upon arrival in Tel Aviv.

Foreign nationals who apply to enter Israel will need to present an entry clearance certified by the Consulate of Israel in your country of origin.

All customers on international flights departing from Israel must be granted clearance through the Israeli Ministry of Health website by completing the outbound clearance application form, no more than 24 hours before departure from Tel Aviv. This website can be found below.

Quarantine

A mandatory 7-day self-isolation period is in place for all arrivals. You will be required to self-isolate at one location in the city of your arrival for 7 days and remotely monitored by the Nigerian authorities.  

At the end of the 7-day period of self-isolation when you have tested NEGATIVE for Covid-19 you will be allowed to exit self-isolation on day 8.

Anyone that has developed symptoms of coronavirus during their travel will be required to undergo quarantine at a government-monitored hotel.

Covid-19 test

You must have tested negative for Covid-19 (a PCR Antigen test) within 120 hours (5 days) of your departure and carry evidence of the test and result. Please note the Covid-19 negative test result must have the date and time it was taken clearly shown. Children aged 10 years and younger do not require a PCR test.

You must upload your PCR Covid-19 NEGATIVE results onto the International travel portal and bring along an electronic or hard copy of the result for presentation at the airport. More information on this can be found in the Documentation secition above. 

You are also required to register via Nigeria International Travel Portal (found in the Documentation secition above) and pay for a repeat (second) PCR Covid-19 test to be done upon arrival in Nigeria.

Diplomats traveling to Nigeria are required to use the Nigerian International travel portal to provide the required information and upload their NEGATIVE Covid-19 PCR test results. The payment for the repeat Covid-19 PCR test in Nigeria is also not applicable to diplomats.

Travelling to South Africa 

All travellers must complete the Traveller Health Questionnaire prior to arrival in South Africa. This can be found through the link below.

Customers travelling to South Africa for business must obtain authorisation from the Minister of Home Affairs to be accepted for travel. Please allow sufficient time for your application to complete due to current delay's being experienced of up to 10 days. Applications must be sent to  Covid19BusinessTravel@dha.gov.za with the following supporting documents;

A copy of passport and/or temporary residence visa

Quarantine 

Any customers who fail to observe entry requirments or develop Covid-19 symptoms during their travels may be required to undergo a medical assessment and take a mandatory Covid-19 test. If the test is positive they must undergo quarantine at a government-monitored hotel at their own cost. All customers are required to have mandatory travel insurance to cover these costs.

Documentation 

All eligible customers travelling to the U.S. will be provided a Health Declaration form to complete either at the airport or onboard. One form must be filled out for each customer and provided to the designated U.S. Government official upon arrival.

We understand that the travel restrictions currently in place may mean you need to change your plans, so we’ve got this covered. You may even decide to change your destination, or change the passenger names if you would like someone else to benefit from your booking, and that’s ok too.

To provide even more peace of mind and flexibility with your travel plans, you can choose to keep your ticket open as credit to use to rebook all the way up to 30th September 2022. There's no change fee, and if you choose to travel on the same route up to 30th November 2020, we’ll also waive any potential differences in the fare.
