When it comes to eating onboard, we know you want more choice, and to know what food is available onboard in advance. So we’re putting you in the pilot’s seat. If you’re flying with us in Premium or Upper Class, you can now choose what you'd like to eat in advance. With a range of menu options to choose from - including Pre-order exclusives like our fabulous Lobster and Crab Tortellini** - you can relax knowing there’ll be something delicious waiting for you onboard.
Pre-order is available between 7 days and 24 hours before your flight*. By ordering in advance, you’ll help us reduce waste, and know you’ve got something delicious waiting when you fly – so everyone wins.

How it all works
A week before your flight, you’ll receive an email to let you know that you can place your order. You’ll have up until 24 hours before your flight to choose your meal. Just follow the link in the email or view your meal options and pre-order through our Inflight meal portal.
So, what's on the menu?
Upper Class: Baked North Atlantic cod with sea salt & cider vinegar potato, crushed marrowfat peas & mint and curried tartare sauce
Upper Class: Toragashi marinated halloumi poke bowl with sushi rice, braised pineapple, seaweed salad, edamame beans, crispy onions and a shoyu dressing.
Premium: Mini chicken & leek pie with spring onion mash, chervil cream and kale
Premium: Spinach & ricotta tortellini with sage butter sauce, roasted pumpkin and caper panko crumb
Nothing for me, thanks
Sometimes, all you want to do is sleep right through your flight, or be left alone to get some work done. Let us know if you’d prefer not to have a main meal, and we won’t disturb you during the service. It’ll also help cut down on food waste. Tasty*.

We’re working to make changes everywhere we can onboard, and offering pre-ordering is a huge part of our mission. It’s a great way to reduce food waste, as well as packaging, and gives our customers a more flexible way to dine onboard.
We make sure the inflight dining experience for little ones is just as considered as the one for grown ups. We’re talking a dedicated kids’ menu with tasty, nutritious and fun meals, and plenty of snacks.
Pre-order is available for confirmed bookings on all UK outbound flights, US inbound flights (excluding Tampa and Austin) and select Caribbean inbound flights where applicable*. Please note, if you are joining a flight in the Caribbean that has not originated at your destination, unfortunately you are currently unable to pre-select your meal (For example: MBJ-NAS-LHR - Pre-order would be available from MBJ but not from NAS).
