Like to keep things low key? We’ll take care of everything, so you can travel completely carefree. A senior member of our Virgin Atlantic Team will be waiting on arrival to see to all the logistics of bags, check in, and security, and make the entire airport experience a breeze. 

For every step of the journey, we’ll be there to make it easy.

From your lounge or private suite* to the aircraft, all the way to seeing you off at the other end - every moment of your journey is looked after, and so are you. Private, personal and unassumingly A-list, book your meet and greet at least seven days before departure.

Be greeted at check in (or at the car if using our Upper-Class Wing at Heathrow) and accompanied expertly all the way through to settling in onboard. There’s also the option to be met on arrival and escorted seamlessly through customs and baggage claim, so you can get on with the rest of your day.
 

Our meet and greet service starts from £180/$250pp, per airport, and is available to all customers flying from:

1. To book our Meet and Greet service we required a minimum of 7 days notice. 

2. Meet and Greet is offered at these airports only: London Heathrow, Manchester, Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York JFK, Olrando, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa and Washington DC. 

3. Once booked our Meet and Greet service is non refundable inside 72 hours of departure.

4. Changes to booked services are not permitted inside 72 hours of departure. 

5. At least one passengers requesting this service must meet the criteria of 18 years old or over flying in the same cabin.

6. There will be times during the journey, including when the customer is in the clubhouse (subject to eligibility) or in the departures hall, where customers will be left to enjoy their Virgin Atlantic experience privately until their flight is called for boarding.

7. For customers in need of additional support due to medical or accessibility requirements, including one-on-one assistance, kindly be advised that the Meet & Greet service will not fully accommodate your specific needs.
