Virgin Games members can convert V*Points to Virgin Points or Flying Club Miles.
Members will earn one 1 V*Point for every £5 they win on any bingo games or £20 they win on any non-bingo games excluding Craps. Converted cash will be credited directly to your member account. 1 V*Point = £0.01 cash or 1 mile for every Virgin Point.
To convert points, you must be logged into your Virgin Games member account, you will need to click onto 'My Account', with the option to 'Convert Points', where you can choose to click on 'Convert V* Points' to Virgin Points or to cash.
Please allow up to 10 days from the date of conversion for the V*Points to be available for use in your Flying Club/Virgin Points account.
Once points have been credited to your Flying Club account, they cannot be transferred back to Virgin Games.
