Our Premium menu is a feast for the eyes as well as the appetite. Full of colour, flavour and imagination, you’d best take a picture. Because it’ll most certainly last longer.
It’s also about all the little extras that elevate your dining experience, from a chilled glass of bubbly on boarding, to choosing your meal from the menu, having proper plates and cutlery, or helping yourself to premium treats whenever you fancy it.
Our winter menu brings a taste of the restaurant experience to your seat, expect creative twists on comforting favourites like our cod fishcake with crushed minted peas or our basil and ricotta ravioli – served with plenty of Virgin Atlantic flair.

Breakfast options include a pepper and feta frittata with mini hash browns, spinach and roasted tomato chutney (v) and continental style flaked oak smoked salmon, horseradish cream cheese, crushed avocado, pickled red onion, sun dried tomato and capers with a warm bagel.

Once we're above the clouds, choose from a range of drinks - all included. Enjoy soft drinks, fruit juices, fizzy favourites, alcohol-free Lucky Saint beer, and Fever-Tree mixers. Fancy a hot drink? Sip Change Please coffee or settle in with a Twinings tea. Or pick your favourite tipple - from Nice red, white, and rosé wines to premium spirits like Bombay Sapphire gin and Jack Daniel’s bourbon.

Our classically British Mile High Tea brings a slice of afternoon indulgence 35,000 feet up. Tuck into flavourful finger sandwiches, delicately decorated sweet treats and, of course, a hot drink of your choice. You’ll find a tea party on most of our flights from the UK to the USA and Caribbean. After all, there’s always time for a sweet treat.

Head to our Wander Wall any time you like for a tempting selection of treats from our favourite partners including our exclusive Virgin Bloody Mary crisps by Savoursmiths, fast becoming a new flyer favourite. Fancy something hot and tasty? Our new mini pizza is the perfect bite served mid-flight (on selected routes).

We make sure the inflight dining experience for little ones is just as considered as the one for grown ups. We’re talking a dedicated kids’ menu with tasty, nutritious and fun meals, and plenty of snacks.
Meals for specific dietary requirements
We offer deliciously different meals to cater for a range of tastes, including meals for kids and vegetarians. If you have more specific dietary requirements, such as low gluten, kosher or halal, we can cater for them, but you’ll need to request them in advance.
You can order a meal to suit your dietary needs up to 24 hours before your flight*, and get onboard knowing you’ll have a carefully considered dish waiting for you.
*Kosher meals require 48 hours notice.
