It’s easy to become overwhelmed when you walk into the hotels and casinos in Las Vegas. There are bars, restaurants and casino games everywhere vying for your attention, and sometimes all you want is a place to grab a quiet drink and relax – or perhaps somewhere to celebrate after a big win. We’ve hunted high and low to find the best hotel bars in Las Vegas, and you might be surprised to know that some of them are hidden in plain sight. Here are some of our favourites to try on your next trip to Sin City.

Bound at the Cromwell

Bound at The Cromwell

Bound is an upscale lounge bar tucked away from the Vegas Strip entrance to The Cromwell. Decorated with a warm, inviting colour pallet and filled with comfortable chairs and sofas to sink into, Bound is the ideal spot to relax with an expertly prepared drink. The bar menu includes cocktails created by renowned mixologist, Salvatore Calabrese (The Breakfast Martini is his signature serve), while live music provides a soothing soundtrack for pre or post-prandial sipping.

Alibi at Aria

Alibi at Aria

Alibi Cocktail Lounge at Aria encompasses just about everything one could want from a bar and lounge inside a Las Vegas hotel and casino. A combination of creative cocktails and gaming, Alibi’s attractions are all located under one lush and luxurious roof. Unlike most Vegas bars, the environment here is perfect if you’re just in the mood to relax with a beer and some video poker.

Chandelier Bar at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Located in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas hotel and casino, the beautiful Chandelier Bar features two million shimmering crystal beads suspended over 65 feet. Split into three distinct bars across three floors, each area offers different environments in which to sample the diverse drinks menus. Enjoy complimentary cocktails and video poker at the casino level, or wander up to the second and third floors for refined drinks served in an elegant setting.

Skyfall Lounge Delano

Skyfall Lounge Delano

Skyfall Lounge sits atop Delano, formerly The Hotel, at Mandalay Bay. Offering both an indoor and outdoor lounge with 180-degree views of Las Vegas, this is a popular venue for locals and visitors alike. Inside, Skyfall offers a multi-level theatre-style space in which to enjoy craft cocktails courtesy of Proprietors LLC (the guys behind New York’s Death and Co.) and an upbeat soundtrack that accelerates as the light fades.
