How do I book?

  1. Sign up to The Know and link your Virgin Red account.

  2. Book your stay directly with participating Virgin Hotels. Make sure you're logged into The Know when you book.

  3. Bookings will earn 5 points per $1, regardless of your chosen payment currency. Earn points in your sleep. Life is suite.

  4. The points will appear in your Virgin Red and The Know accounts within 30 days of your checkout date.

Some restrictions may apply. Reservations made by tour operators, or by third-party channels, including but not limited to, expedia.com, hotwire.com, orbtiz.com, travelocity.com, priceline.com and booking.com are not eligible for points.

Group bookings, airline crew and/or contract rates, employee rates, complimentary rates, and friends and family rates are also not eligible for points.

For points to be awarded, the Flying Club member must have been a registered guest and the bill must be in their name.
