Here at Virgin Atlantic we’ve also worked hard on designing and implementing our own special symbol which can be used by those who may need a little more help. Either download and print off our bookmark and slip it in your passport or take a photo of the symbol with your smartphone and show it to staff along your journey. Alternatively, wear one of our fabulous subtle badges, which can be picked up from our check in desks at the airport. When a member of our staff sees the symbol, they’ll instantly know that you may need some additional friendly support. In addition to our own amazing scheme, do make sure you check out whether the airports you’re travelling through have any local arrangements that may also assist with your journey.
