All Virgin Atlantic flights depart from and arrive at Side A of the main terminal building which is often referred to as Terminal A.

Disney Springs check in

Simply go to the valet area of Cirque Du Soleil in the Westside Parking Area, Watermelon Lot, between 08:15 and 13:00. We’ll take care of your bags and hand you your boarding pass, then we'll see you at the airport. There's a $10 charge per person, but Upper Class and Flying Club Gold customers can use this service free of charge.

Online check in

The best way to check in is online where you can pick your seat and print your boarding card. If you’re travelling with carry on baggage only, you can print off your own boarding pass and we’ll see you at the gate.

What time should I arrive at the airport?

Leave those last-minute airport dashes to the big screen! We recommend that you arrive at least two hours before your flight is due to leave.

Counter check in and bag drop

You’ll find our desks at A-3. These are located on Level 3 of Side A of the main terminal, also referred to as Terminal A. Check in starts from four hours before departure and closes one hour before departure.
