Online check in

The best way to check in is online where you can pick your seat and print your boarding card. If you’re travelling with carry on baggage only, you can print off your own boarding pass and we’ll see you at the gate.

What time should I arrive at the airport?

Leave those last-minute airport dashes to the big screen! We recommend that you arrive at least two hours before your flight is due to leave.

Counter check in and bag drop

Our check in and bag drop desks, 13-18, can be found in Terminal E, Upper level. They open four hours before departure and close one hour before departure.

By road

The airport is easily accessed from I-90 and I-93.

Taxis are available at arrivals.

By Uber & Lyft
When arriving at Terminal E, follow signs to pick up at central parking.

By bus, coach and train

A number of bus services are available from the airport, including Silver Line Route SL1 which connects to South Station for other transport connections. The Blue Line Subway is available from the Airport Station, where a shuttle bus takes you to the terminal.

By water taxi

A number of water taxi services are available from Logan Water Taxi Dock, a short hop from the terminal via one of the airport's many free shuttle buses.
